In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
A tutor/private tutor(teacher) is a person who teaches one or a small group of students on a certain subject. They work with students to improve their skills on a subject. They assemble assignments, projects, help with homework and notes. They prepare lessons and evaluate the student's progress throughout the sessions and figure out/identify what the student is struggling with, within a certain subject.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I have around four to five years of experience in roleplay in and out of SRP, I tend to do literate and detailed semi-paragraphs and paragraphs. I'm flexible with the genres I do in roleplay. I enjoy all types of plots and characters.

Situations
During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
Hanuel would be slightly taken aback by the insulting comments but remained in a calm manner, waiting for the student to finish their comments before asking the student politely to refrain from making rude remarks. Hanuel would also give them a warning and would tell them not to do it again. If it happens again, consequences will come.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
Hanuel would immediately walk in their direction, asking them to stop and back away from each other. If they do not comply, he'd try to interfere and ask them to stop.
IF the fight is too dangerous to interfere with, he'd call for backup with other school employees.
IF the fight is crowded by bystanders, he'd ask them to move and leave the scene and go to class or away from the sight.
IF they comply and stop fighting Hanuel would move them away from each other and report this to a higher up on the students included in the fight
IF one or both of them are injured, I'd ask them to walk with me to the nurse's office to get treated. If they're badly injured I'd call for assistance from a nurse.
In the end, they will be given detention after school for causing violence on school grounds.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
Hanuel would go speak to the employee that’s acting inappropriately encouraging them to discontinue the stuff they’re doing as an employee. If they keep doing what they’ve been doing, he’d go to a higher-up and explain all the inappropriate things they've seen this certain employee do and ask them to keep a close eye on that employee as Han will do the same for the safety of others and most importantly the students.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
Hanuel would act very polite and kind towards the other employees in the room and start small talk to get acquainted with the other workers at the job to create a good atmosphere with them.

/me would pass out a set of notes to the student(s) reading the instructions on how to fill out the notes that were just given.
/me would pass a small quiz on the notes that were given a few days ago to the student(s), describing to them that they’re open notes and to take their time on the quiz.
/me would subtly take a seat beside the student, focusing and helping them on the problems they're having conflictions with.
/me would proceed to go over the problem step-by-step with the student. He would be concentrated on the students' responses helping them throughout the problem with any questions or issues.

Hak Hanuel was a Korean male who tends to go by "Han" born in Busan, South Korea on April 4th, 1996. He grew up in a middle-class environment being the only son of his father Hak Hyun-woo and his mother Park Ah-in. As he grew up, Hanuel's parents were always working and grew up and matured faster than he should've at a very young age. He would get neglected along with his childhood. As his parents always worked at their jobs. He wasn't very social and did things himself without in need of help. His parents gave him tutors who taught him everything he needed to know for school and education but besides those contacts, he never went and played with other kids on the playground or went to hang out with people at the arcade, he was anti-social for a very long time. He is very soft-spoken and polite to those around him, especially his elders. As he grew up, he became more curious about the History of the world. He spent most of his time in a Library or with his teachers as he had no true friends to spend his time with as he also wasn't interested in having many friends either. When he started High-school, it was quite hard as he didn't have any friends to hang out with and was tormented by bullies for his liking of solitude and school. His fascination with History grew throughout the years in secondary school, specifically Greek Mythology and World History. He loved to journal about the new things he learned and write stories of the Greek characters. His favorite greek characters were Hermes and Athena. His teachers liked him a lot due to being a good student and always hanging out with them after school. He helped the teachers with activities and new topics to talk about in class. Although, his worst subjects were math and science. He had a hard time with numbers. He gradually got better at it through college. As high-school was coming to an end, he applied and got accepted to the Seoul National University. Hanuel was the first of the Hak family to get into a big university which made his family proud of his accomplishment. But, they lacked the love and support in his youthful days. When college arrived, his major was in the History section. His minors were Creative Writing and Foreign Language. He took those for his journaling and to explore different places to learn more about their History. Han immediately went from secondary school to college and stayed in Seoul for four years before graduating. The college experience changed him. It was more diverse and exciting as it was a big step from secondary school. There weren't only just Korean students. There were many foreigners. It excited Haneul because he wanted to learn about diversity and where people originated. It sparked a light in him he couldn't explain. He started going past his social limits and joined many clubs, of course, to do with either English or History but it was fun for Haneul. That's all that mattered. He gained friends from all over the world and learned with others which he had always dreamed of. Sadly, these fun days had come to an end, but he still kept them as online friends where they frequently chat with each other, giving updates on adventures they've been on, updates on their life, etc. Hanuel appreciated his College experience and caused him to branch out to other countries along with Japan catching his attention. Hanuel knew his mother's relatives lived in Japan. During his Foreign Language studies, he learned some Japanese although he's not fluent just yet. He finished college at Twenty three and spent two years being a teacher assistant and archivist to save up money for his Japan trip and traveling. At twenty-five years, he had more than enough money saved up to travel and went straight to Japan, trying to find a job there. A small but beautiful place called Karakura caught his attention, noticing there were job openings there that interested him. He decided to move there for a year and got used to living there and making friends. He's now twenty-six and found an opening for "Private tutors" and decided to apply. He's still awaiting their response.
Motivation for Joining KHS:
Haneul wanted something different to do but had to be related to education and learned. Han thought becoming a private tutor would be an interesting experience to try and is willing to do his best for the students to attain skills for their future for the better.

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
Haneul is determined to help others get good grades and become more knowledgeable about the world around them. He wants others to be informed on History or any other topic that is important to the students' education. He gets along well with students. He’s very kind and open-hearted towards others. He is patient and willing to help others no matter the cost.
