In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
A tutor is a person who teaches a large/small group or single person on a specific subject. A tutor assists students with getting their grades up and/or helping them better understand the subject. They also make assignments and other activities that will help the tutor understand the specific spots that the student or students are struggling with.

What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I have around 3 years of roleplay experience closing in on 4, I've been on SRP for around 5 or 6 months if I'm not mistaken. I tend to detailRP most actions as well as semi-paragraphRP. I'm also pretty good at switching between different styles, depending on the
situation.

Grade 12, Highschool. Twelfth grade

Situations

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
If a student had started to curse me out in the middle of a work shift Kuro would react in a calm manner. Attempting the keep my respectful smile on my face. He would ask the student to stop, in a nice tone and overall giving them a chance to recall their actions. Due to most kids who would keep going He'd understand that he would have to become a bit more strict, He'd give them three chances each time sounding a little more strict than the last, though non the less respectful. If the student then keeps going after three chances He may have to write them up for staff disrespect, or give them a detention. Depending on what fits for the situation.

You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
If students are fighting, and a few hits have been thrown He would react in a strict manner. He'd quickly attempt to get in between the fight myself, assuring that both students are okay He'd take them to the nurse before getting back to his duties as an employee.

Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
He would ask said employee to stop what they are doing, and would offer his help to the employee if needed. If this would not deescalate the situation, He'd notify the VP about the situation as soon as possible.

When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
In the brake room my character acts quite social and respectful. He is not the one to goof off, but he also isn't the one to kill the good times or jokes that may be going around. He respects his collages, trying to gain closer relationships with them so during the work days he can wave and say good morning, or good night proudly.

/me Watching the student walk into the tutoring office he would offer a small smile, before speaking; &F"Hello! How may I help you today?"

/me As the student responded with them having a tutoring appointment he gave a nod, motioning the student to take a seat. &f"Ah yes, we shall go over a few things today. It seems you have been struggling in some areas?"

/me Leaning over the table a bit he started to help the student with their work. Asking a few questions here and there, along with answering questions that have been asked.

/me As the period ended the male offered a small smile, resting himself back into his chair. &f"Have a wondeful day."+ he'd then waved the student goodbye

Backstory
Kuro ‘Q’ Y. Akiyama had several reasons feeding into what would amount to him becoming a tutor at
Karakura Highschool, many of these reasons being related to interpersonal goals and/or beliefs, instead of what most did it for; money. A large reason Kuro wanted to work at a school was because he had first hand experience with what having a lack of help could do for a person, see, Kuro did not have an ideal childhood, his parents were constantly arguing and he felt as if he was never able to get the proper help he needed with almost any issue he had, whether it be because he felt he had no one to turn to, or the lack of resources available to him. He wasn’t completely alone, however, as he had a brother by his side, named Tamashi Akiyama. Maybe this was why he didn’t let his hardships best him, or maybe it was his own internal drive that kept him going. Regardless of the reason, Kuro didn’t let the challenges he faced stop him, and instead took them as opportunities to improve himself. Kuro had his mind set on one thing, and that was to accomplish his goals through whatever means necessary. When Kuro reached adulthood, and no longer was subject to his parents, he found that his mind was able to become a lot more clear, and he was now able to further hone in on what he wanted, though, at times he was still unsure of what exactly he wanted. He thought for a while about the possibility of being a psychiatrist, but eventually came to the conclusion that the line of work that it would hold did not quite match up with what he himself wanted to stand for. After a long while of looking for something that would fit him, he eventually connected with the idea of being a tutor. For him the job was perfect, he could help kids that were struggling with their work, begin to become better recognized by other adults in Karakura, and could just overall see the progress he had made, and be able to bask in the pride of making it to where he had. For him, being able to watch a kid go from struggling to being highly efficient was more than enough payment, and his only hope was that he would be able to continue this line of work, and someday be able to see those he helped be successful adults.

Motivation for Joining KHS:
Ever since I was young I've never had the support that I needed, and I've gone through the hardships of doing things alone. I want to be able to give the students what I was never given, as well as make a name for myself in the community. I want to be able to give back to a community that I've grown up in.

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
Kuro is a determined person as shown by his past and current status, he is willing to sacrifice his time in order to help others with what they need as well as understanding what needs to be done. He's a selfless human who is patient and kind with everyone, and is determined to make a name for himself
with the students.
