I love the community and I remember when I first joined, I had no friends (Both IRP and OOC) but My first friend was a teacher who after class helped me grow as an RPer on this server and also help me get the confidence to Build and detail RP! I want to help players be more confident in their RPing and also Refresh and get better at my own DetailRP

Teacher Class Logs are a Document that the teachers all keep. Teacher Class logs serve as proof of class- Both for Students and Teachers, teachers send screenshots in discord and it will count as proof towards their paycheck. It is also logs and history to remember what happened in that class and if students were misbehaving.

- No fighting: Both verbally and Physically in class or on school grounds.
- No phones during class/no technology during class
- No Racism, Sexism, or being Homophobic, Basically just be a decent human in class.
- Listen to your teacher at all times.
- Do all work assigned.
- (specific dance rule) Be mindful of people's space when stretching and dancing.
- Cause no commotion or ruckus during class or on field trips.

In the server teachers are tasked with entertaining players during school hours, I also think teachers act as a guide in school to lead the students to what they want from RPing. In real life Teachers serve as a Person who educates you and guides you to the future you want, They will always be on your side and want you to succeed in what you want to do. In the server, Teachers earn 450,000 JPY while In real-life Japan teachers earn 214,000 JPY to 629,000 JPY.
Teachers teach in many ways that are always aimed to help certain students: They can go from Visual teaching to hands-on teaching if the situation calls for it. Their goal is to help the student understand and grasp the knowledge they need to succeed. Teachers also are just like normal human beings- out of school hours they do extra work if needed, hang out with friends and family, even relax at home.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?:
As the name suggests- It's a School RP, what is a school without teachers? I think teachers can also be good RP guides and if a student is alone they could always help them make friends with others and get them to all RP together.

My characters name is Evangaline Delarosa, a 28-year-old ex-ballerina who due to a biological issue cannot have her own children, After doing ballet until she was 18 since the age of 4 she studied to become a teacher, Hoping that while she couldn't have her own children to help and raise- She could help other children as a teacher to reach for their dreams and have the skills to do so.
She is 5"7 with long ash brown hair, that flows down to her lower back, She always wears a fake flower crown with a red ribbon tying it together. Her amber eyes contrast her white porcelain skin, her pale pink lips matching her constant blush. She always wears a blouse that has a pink neck ribbon tied neatly in the front. She either wears skirts or ripped skinny jeans.
She is an outgoing and caring woman who loves kids, She can always be friendly and barely loses her temper. Though she will often be seen quietly mumbling to herself in the office, she is often very chatty if approached. She loves children no matter if they're 4 - 18. She's willing to teach whoever wants to learn her few skills and wisdom. Their plan for the future is to either open up a Kindergarten of their own or Become a professional ballet teacher.

You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:
She would calmly come up to them, waving her hand as she did "Hey hey! no need for that language here." She would tell them off in a light tone- Though the tone was strict her eyes would be narrowed- her normally cheerful smile turned more into a disappointment. "If you wish to continue though, I'll have to give you all Detention- Vulgar words like those shouldn't be used on school grounds."

She would first do some claps, Watching if anyone paid attention. If no one did, She would stop clapping and play the music loudly, but shout even louder "If you think you're done with my teaching- mind showing me how the dance of the Little swans go? no? Didn't think so." and with that, she'd pause the music and go back to teaching the routine.
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?:
In the teacher's lounge, She could either be seen with headphones in, Lightly tapping the desk as she tries to come up with a new routine to teach her students, or She would be engaged in conversation with the other teachers, Wanting to hear all the stories of how their classes went.

/me She would grab the metal pointer as her students settled, Tapping it lightly against the board as she grinned, Quickly explaining the multiple stretches they would be doing before the lesson would begin.
/me Her breathing would calm as she heard the intro of the music, She normally would perform the routine first for her Students but it always scared her slightly, Though as soon as she took the first step, her nervousness melted away as the music took control.
/me She would place a hand on her student's back, quickly readjusting their position quietly explaining how to fix it by themselves next time, she admired her student's determination as they quickly came to grasps with the new position.

Backstory
From the age of four- Evangaline Delarosa was put into ballet classes in the US, Quickly enjoying the dance and the elegance it has- She studied and practiced as hard as she could. at the age of 14 she was Offered a Position in a famous Ballet school in Japan, All expenses paid of course. Taking up the offer she quickly became one of the best Students in the Academy, being held at a high position. at age 18 She was told she needed to do a full-body examination to be allowed into her first Major ballet show, This was the year her future drifted away.
Even as a child- she knew that she had wanted children of her own, Her role model was her mother- Her own ballet teacher who helped her become what she wished. But during the full boy exam, she found out that she had PCOS, Her hormone imbalance was so bad that her ovaries were damaged beyond repair.m To her school, they couldn't care less- as long as their star was dancing fit, they were happy. Evangaline was distraught, cries filling her home as she called up her mother to tell her the bad news.
She continued to dance until she was 21 before deciding to do something about her new future. Upset about her not being able to raise her own children and combining her love for Ballet and dance, she decided to talk to her parents and find out what she could do. After a long chat with her parents, College teachers, and even her ballet school- They all came to the conclusion that she should become a teacher.
And that she did- She studied for 6 years, Both dance and Education. Evangeline graduated at the top of her class, and after a year with both her degrees she worked at a dance studio before she applied for the Position of Performing Arts teacher in Karakura
