Eitherway; SchoolRP isn't dying for sure, there's a LOT of thing being done and it's amazing, like the current new school calendar that should be checked out cause I think there's something for adults in there but I might be wrong, check it, and keep yourself updated on everything that goes on and new additions to systems,

if you have ideas towards something you dont think it is possible, just dm me about it and I'll keep it in mind, there's a player that talked about a fire station, worked hard on it and etc. And perhaps there will be a place for it in the futur, just gotta be patient

I think the main thing SRP is experiencing is stagnation when everyone expected a major change (the new map). For example, Gangrp has done nothing new as of recent and it's more or less always the same stuff. So the circle of gangrpers stagnates as well. I'd say take a break from gangrp and meet some new people. It helps out a LOT with the stagnation. (go out and meet some greenies!! I'd say you're in the minority here (old, old SRP players) and might just be stuck in your own stagnation. I do wish SRP got a lot more love put into it again like how FRP does. I think the new map and a change of scenery will help out a LOT since we've all been trapped in Karakura for like 2-3 years now.

Another thing.. Try out new characters and get out of your comfort zone! One of the things I've done is joining a team and actually getting involved with the people on it, and then in my roleplay group outside of there we've all been playing with the idea of playing the children of each other's adult characters.

EDIT: as for taking breaks, try playing on frp for a bit!! maybe u can get some swag ideas from there

I do in fact engage in role plays, meet greenies, and even introduce GangRP to new people that are interested. I don't think this is the problem

You do have a point in every line you said, but what I said about GangRP is still valid in my opinion.

i played schoolrp for about almost 3+ years now. I've seen many changes within the community. This can also mean toxicity or the way the game has changed throughout the year. Looking at the game now, there were a lot of people who left or quit schoolrp. asking them how come or why? the result was because it was getting boring. im not saying that it is all boring. in MY opinion, i believe more events should occur. not repetitive events. something different should happen or let's say, for example, a whole new event happening in the gym. if there were tryouts, make it interesting! instead of people waiting and waiting for more. it's not more of "what do you guys want?" it's more of the creativity people want to see. as for gangrp however, i won't say it's dying out, but it is NOT occurring much as it had before. people want more action into rp instead of the usual almost about everyday. everything i said here is not to offend anybody or send a negative message. this message is my opinion and what i believe in, i guess. (if i make a lot of spelling errors, then oop).

honestly speaking we don't need a new map. we just need new upgrades. it seems like we go months without a upgrade and when we do its lackluster or doesnt work after a while (/friends).

i know its up to the players to be active with their rping but the city of karakura itself just feels very stagnant because of each update getting fewer and fewer apart compared to years previous. Hell back in 2019 there was a week where every morning id wake up to an #announcement from then-newly appointed owner samra discussing a new update that would only be blown away by the next one and so fourth.

i know im not offering any solutions here (however my list of suggestions do qualify) but I think the issue everyone who agrees with the Original Thread maker is that the amount of SRP upgrades is slow and often inconsequential.
