My activity throughout my time on SRP has changed a lot from being within Multiple different gangs and enjoying it a lot. Recent I have become a little more active within the crime community and SRP as whole because I have been motivated to play again.

What are your motivations in applying for the black market dealer role?:
My motivation for applying for the Black market dealer, is that I want to be more involved in GangRP and CrimeRP. I have always wanted to become a part of the black market faction since I joined the server, ever since I got told what Black market dealer does for the crime community. It sparked my interest that is why I am applying again.
What helps you to stand out from other applicants & what can you uniquely provide to the team?:
what helps me stand out to other applicants? I have excellent communication skills this is a good thing because, when talking to me in voice chats during events or just normally. I am easy to talk to as a lot of people currently know.
Willing: If I do get accepted, to one of the two black market spots open. I can help in everything on the server, I have clever ideas for events if some need planning while I am in the faction. I am also willing to learn from the current BMDs in order creates and just everything in the black market as a whole.
What previous experience do you have in working with a team?:
Fight Club Employee – Recently I have been able to take part in working for Fight club, this has helped me understand more about the crime faction it also tests my skills in communication and teamwork since we always must be talking to each other about everything that is happening in the opening.
Gang Higher-Up position – Throughout my time on SRP I have been involved with 4 different gangs on the server. Such as Oshiro as attack commander, this was in my first few months on SRP with a few friends, so it did not really blow up like some gangs are now. The second gang I was a part of was Yamagashira remake even though this gang did not have a good reputation on the server, I was still a higher up in it and it was a fun experience to be a part of, the third and the fourth gang was Bonten and Mefisuto both of these gangs are really good to get involved with since the higher ups in both gangs have taught me a lot to do with crime. Being in all these gangs has helped me work on communication and teamwork skills.
BMDA – At this current time I am working as a Bmda, as an associate of Tusuji (Simplez Character) while working as a Bmda I am working with the current BMDs and all the associates that are with those certain dealers. All this has helped me gain friends through Voice chars with them during openings or playing other games. Being as an associate has helped me focus on listening and communication since something is always happening with the black market one way or another.
Ikigai Security – Even though Ikigai does not open that much. I still had the pleasure of working with everyone who got accepted into the Security role with me. Currently I have only been to one opening since the region glitch has messed up the doors. But I am looking forward to working in another opening with everyone so I can work on building friendships and working on multiple skills with all my friends.
DAISUKI YŌHIN Employee – At this current time I am working as the shops Security, I am enjoying my time working with everyone in the shop. While I have been working in the shop it has mostly been a test of my knowledge of how to fight and stop people from getting away, which is a good thing to have if you want to eventually become a Bmd.
What suggestions do you have to help better the crime faction?:
Sewer Update: One of my suggestions is to finally update the sewers, make it fun for the BMD’s selling and the criminals who run through sewers to get to turfs that are hidden around the map, the upgrade could consist of new areas. New turfs are verified and some unverified gang turfs. This will hopefully make the sewers more populated and can encourage more roleplaying.
New Weapons: Another one of my suggestions would be for the Admins/Owner to introduce new weapons into the server pack, because all the weapons that Black Market sell now have been around for a while now. If the suggestion gets accepted this would make more sales for the dealer that is open at the current time. Because everyone would want the new weapons. Examples of the new weapons that could be added:
Acid:
250,000 per bottle.
Can be mugged
One block range
Requires an action and winning a roll-off.
Majors required to use the weapon.
Slingshot:
135,000 per slingshot.
Can be mugged
10 block range
Cannot Ko but can Stun
Minors required to use the weapon.
Events: I have 1-2 events in mind. One that will just involve the BMD and Bmda’s and then one that could involve the whole crime faction/server.
BMD Dinner:
we have a Bmd meetup with some trusted associates where we just get to know things about the dealers and associate that work closely with them. I had this idea because as a current Bmda we do not know anything about the dealers or associates that work with Black market. I feel like this would be a fun event for everyone since its all roleplay based so for the people in the faction who likes to roleplay like constantly like myself. It would be fun.
Gang War:
Bmd can get to unverified gangs or a Verified and unverified gang to go against each other this could help gangs become more popular and known icly to the people of Karakura. And this could also be an event where an unverified gang becomes Verified if the admins see fit and let the gang go through with this event idea. Why I am suggesting this is because it could make GangRP/CrimeRP alive again seen as there would be more events taking place in the community.

Yes, I am fully aware of these and agree with them since it stops people from lying to playing about rules/stats.
Are you familiar with that if you leave the black market at any point, the black market lead will have permanent kill permissions on your character?:
Yes I am aware about this rule, and I agree with it, because that character who you played for black market would know everything about what they do. Where the hideouts are so if they have kill permissions on that character, it makes it so you cannot tell anyone who may harm the Black market.
Are you familiar with that if your character(s) is/are killed or permanently arrested twice, you will be removed from the black market?:
Yes, I am familiar with this rule and agree with it because, you cannot have unlimited chances in the crime faction, especially as a BM dealer. Since it is one most looked after role on the server at this current time.
Are you familiar with that you cannot reveal any out-of-character plans or potential addition to the black market to others?:
Yes, I am fully aware, and I agree with this because it can stop the surprise of who is going to be the new addition to the Black market. And if you reveal any plans that the black market has such as events it can make sure that everything runs smoothly and no metagaming happens to ruin the events outcome.

Yakauza: when I left Karakura when I was 10, I started doing petty crime over in Japan once I turned 16. That all changed where I started to do heavy crime such as Assault with a weapon and deadly weapon. On my 18th birthday I was eventually recruited into the Yakuza over there. I finally left the Yakuza when I 22.
Mefisuto: Once I finally fled where I was in Japan. I moved back over to Karakura where I joined a gang called Mefisuto, I was not in the gang for a long time due to my PTSD and Paranoia. Since it affected me a lot when I was doing crime. But my time with the gang I learned a lot about Karakura since I left at a young age.
BMDa: While I was still in Mefisuto. I had the chance to become a Black market associate taking the spot of someone called “KYOKI” while he was out of town. I was working with someone called “SHIZUKA” and “FORTUNE” these two gave me an inside of how the criminal world works. But sadly “KYOKI” came back to town So, I left as a Black market associate.
Fight Club: While being back in Karakura I ended up joining a criminal organisation called “Fight Club.” It was fun to be apart off while I was working there. But sadly, I could not keep attending since “KYOKI” came back and took back his spot at Fight club. But while I was working there a ended up making some connections to criminal underworld that Karakura has throughout the city.
Ikigai: While working with all these other criminal organisations. I had the chance to join a criminal club called “Ikigai.” I did not have a chance to go to many openings of the club. Since it rarely opened, but when it did open it was fun to be working a long side the criminals who reside in Karakura.

[Rōnin Santos] The male would have brown hair and was stood approximately at 6 foot 4. He would have an athletic build to him he would have brown eyes that looked mesmerizing to everybody that looked at them. His weight would be 169 pounds which would be normal for his height he would have a scent of Creed Millesime Imperial Fragrance.
Describe your character's personality to the greatest detail:
These days, Rōnin is a much more relaxed person than he used to be. Where in the past he used to go out and pick random fights with any person that made him mad. But now he sees that it was a foolish game to play although he is a very talkative person. He tends to stay home to avoid the drama that certain things can bring to his life.
He refuses to admit to himself that he is a very loving and jealous person. He wants things even though he knows for a fact he cannot get his hands on...
Rōnin would always use his skills he has gotten from all the organisations he has gotten to help him understand a situation if it were ever unclear for him. He will also try and explain the situation better if people around him does not understand the situation.
Rōnin has two separate lives, both different from each other when he is going around his daily life, he is outgoing and can become friends with anyone easily. But when he is on the job as ‘Guardian’ he is very soft spoken and tends to use actions more than words. As he knows it might get him well too known by the other dealers and the associates that work closely with the dealers.

Rōnin Santos Was born and raised in Karakura on September 22, 1994. At an incredibly early age, he started to get into petty crime around the city such as spray painting walls around the city, and assault if they hurt him or his family. His father got mad at his behaviour and moved him out of Karakura at the age of 14 and moved over to Onomichi Japan, from there he was recruited into a small group of delinquents and eventually started doing the same thing he was doing in Karakura. While he was in this group, he ended up getting arrested a few times.

Information behind the arrest:
Police got a called about a group of people having fights and spray painting around the city of Onomichi. After a few calls, we sent someone to see what was happening. Upon arriving on the scene, he saw a large group of people huddled around a single ally way. Once the group saw the lone police officer, they all scattered into different directions. Where the detective saw Rōnin running alone. He is the one we have had multiple calls about. So, he followed him into an alleyway and cornered him there. Once Rōnin knew he was cornered he just gave up. From what we know he was only arrested for a few things, but he could have done a lot more.
Once he Got bailed after being locked up for a while. He went back to doing the same thing with the group he was in like nothing ever happened. He started to get more involved in the criminal world after he got arrested. At the age of 16 he was recruited into the Yakuza in Onomichi. He jumped at the opportunity to join them, so he became a member of the Yakuza there and then, after a while of being in the gang he finally earned the name ‘Guardian’ he earned this by watching over his fellow gang members and helping them when needed. After he earned his alias, he was promoted to a higher up within the gang by the age of 18. During this time Rōnin started doing murder and a lot of major crimes. Upon his entering a new era in the gang he was arrested once again.

Information about the arrest:
We was called about a group of masked individuals having fights and showing weapons to each other. We arrived on scene with backup where we saw a group of twenty or more people just in an ally way. Once we yelled for them to get on the ground and walls, they all darted into various locations. One of our detectives saw three people run in the same direction. So, him and a few others followed them yet to our surprise. They unmasked further down the road out of sight of the others. Our detective and the others with him. Ran up and tased them straight away.
Once the group Rōnin was with got bailed. They all swore never to be caught again so with that. Their crime activities slowed down. Once he turned 19, he left the Yakuza due to his medical issues, so he went to the hospital where he was Diagnosed with PTSD and Paranoia, so he focused on his life as a normal person after coming out of prison the second time. Until he was 20, he was dragged into gang violence when the Yakuza members finally found out where he was hiding. This caused him to flee back to Karakura... He did not like how much has changed over the years. Once he arrived back, he found a new gang.
It has been five years since he came back to Karakura for a fresh start but is it really a fresh start???
Describe an interaction that your character may have as a black market dealer:
We’re located in one of them many abandoned rooms found within the sewers.
‘Guardian’ is stood at the back on the room leaned against the wall playing on his phone. Enjoying the cold atmosphere from the sewers.
In front of ‘Guardian’ stands two associates. He already knows the troubles of meeting with clients who want things from the black market but that did not faze him.
While the sewers were filled with silence Guardian’s phone started ringing scaring not himself, but the associates as well. He let out a loud sigh before pulling out his phone and answering his call. He really did not like things interrupting the quiet he very much likes.
Guardian: Hello. What do you need? Make it quick.
Guardian ended up putting the phone on speaker so the associates he was with can hear what the client wanted from him.
a muttered voice fell out from the phone “Are you... One of the people who can hurt people. For me...” Obviously ‘Guardian did not answer him directly. But he gave a meet up place so they could talk face to face. Guardian quickly ends up the phone after giving the spot they were at.
After a few moments of waiting the client finally turns up as soon as the client finally steps into the room. One of the associates go and pat down the male in case of any weapons they might have on them. Once he was clean ‘Guardian’ steps forward towards the person he has never met before.
‘Guardian’ just stared at him a few seconds before speaking out the person. “Maybe I am the person you want to meet. What do you need?” Guardian was not fazed by this since it is not his first time doing these things.
The person stared at him terrified before he blurted out “C-can you just have someone break his ankle or something I do not really care.” He ended up taking a step back away from Guardian and his associates... Why was he so scared the same thought was going through Guardians head.
Guardian steps closer to the person once again before saying with a calm voice to easy his nerves “Give the information now. We have been here for longer than I want” Guardian just stared at the male before he finally coughed up some information about the victim.
“T-thats her... Can you help me with her?” He passed a picture of the girl to one of the associates close to him seen as he didnt want to get close to Guardian once Guardian got the photo passed to him. He held out his hand for the money “We can get that done for you. Now the money” once the male heard money, he passed it over to Guardian himself. The client walked out the room after paying the fee. Guardian counted the money and split it in two for the associates before he walked out the room and the sewers.
