I'll start :D

- I find it awesome, how through Roleplay and interacting, people can get over things such as bad social anxiety and so on

- I fricken love it, when I see new players or even older players. Asking for someone's preferred pronouns while they introduce themselves. Makes me smile a lot :D

- Friends man. Friends :3

- Met my amazing best friend mo, who kinda sucks at trying to bully me.

- Art is such an amazing thing that comes from this server. Seeing interpretations of people's characters and their skins coming to life is amazing

Bro I have met some amazing people while on SRP through the few factions I have been in and people I have interacted with. This server helped me with some bad grammar and punctuation(I have always been terrible at English even through I am american, english is hard)

I enjoy collaboration on the server from sharing build ideas and styles to helping factions plan events. Server events that cater to the community as a whole will always hold a soft spot in my heart :3

i love seeing art of other people's characters, it's always so cool

SRP has MAJORLY helped me come out of my shell, it's the literal reason I downloaded Discord (even though that was like.. six years ago..)

SRP has taught me how to identify shitty people.

Personally, for me, SRP helped me (and I'm assuming others) express their creativity and just become better artists/writers overall.

Overall something I find wholesome and nice is when people go out of their way to help new players and introduce them to the server.

The rest of the stuff I would say I agree with completely!

This server has introduced me to some of the best people I know. I'm so thankful for everyone, so much so that I became staff to help the community :D

I love how you can make lifelong friends OOCLY by your character interacting with another, met some of my besties on srp TT~TT

SRP has also taught me a lot of lessons! Good and bad.. but you can take something out of everything! :3

WAUGH,,, the amount of PEOPLE i have met on this server who r genuinely the nicest people ive ever met omg. like theres so many sweet people on this server and it makes me happy.. ever since i came back to SRP in like june 2023 @Popo has literally been there sincemlike the first week and even though hes a bitch sometimes idc hes the best to me (hai darky)

SECOND!! ive learned a lot of writing tactics and have managed to express myself in writing better than i have in the past :3 srp has helped me a ton with my literacy

I love when greenies actually want to roleplay and join families and such, I think its very wholesome involving new players into our roleplay's and having them learn from us (BRING BACK WELCOME MESSAGES I MISS WELCOMING PEOPLE)

I also love when people come to me about questions, This is usually faction related questions and then suddenly I see them in the faction the next wave. This happened in shrine and I thought it was very wholesome seeing them come to learn about a faction ICLY and then seeing them as a little baby trainee a few months later AND BEING ABLE TO TRAIN THEM.

It's always nice to see people actually develop their characters, especially players that are new to the server. I also do adore seeing new players slowly progress through the server by going from a greenie to maybe getting into factions and getting a positive reputation overall in the span of a few months. A prime example of this would technically be @Hqrvey_ (Get called out, bitch).

Unrelated, or slightly related?:

Anyways, I used to play from 2017 all the way to 2019 with two separate accounts— including one that was hacked, so that was unfortunately lost. I did catch an unappealable ban by the end of 2019, but managed to appeal it through Im6 directly.

Got unbanned in 2020, returned to SRP on precisely the 20th of June 2023 (around the same time that @uta came back to the server). I befriended quite a lot of great people— either from back then in June (i.e. @Skvllr0t , wavestalker, @ZekeEnvy , @bheom , Zia (o7), @CelestiaLove and a ton of other people), or fairly recently through EMS / Government factions, or through IKIGAI; (i.e. @Shalanka @tayfun @windswake and more people obviously).

I can say this is all thanks to @Mo! She's pretty much the person who somewhat pushed me to continue playing SRP seeing as I have known her for five years alongside @gothicb1h and @lamby :3 .

And I do hope to continue dragging this on for as long as possible, anyways me and the homies hate Classicalist, me and the boys love my pookie DarkEclipic.

i met some really sweet people and lowkey even if i drift apart from them compared to other times i still cherish it i cant lie i genuinely appreciate everyone i've met, even if it was tiny interactions.

The community

SRP has a way of allowing you to find and connect with people, far from simply fictional characters interacting with meaningful plotlines.

Joining the server has led to meeting some of the most creative, kindhearted, and supportive people I have met in the past few years. Life has been a sea of unpredictability, and the player base gave me an anchor to grieve. Through world building and character development, I began taking the stories to heart. Seeing how others progress gave me a window to alternative methods of watering my own mental health. (No... Not gangRP or criminalRP.) Within a fraction of a year, my support system crumbled, when that occurred, a few players were a constant reminder to strength, to love, and perseverance. For that, I can't thank them enough or begin to express the extent of my gratitude towards them and the people who have created such a space for people to find, both in character and out of character. Experiences shape our perception of the world, joining SRP (for better or for worse) has left such an imprint on how I navigate through life and view struggle.
