The ability to append radios

How will this benefit the server and community?:
A few months ago I made a suggestion to be able to append texts and calls, It got accepted and recently when using my KPD radio I realized they cannot be appended. Pretty simple reason why this will benefit the community. It will allow faculty, KPD and EMS to communicate in larger texts then they usually would be able to, It will allow situations to be explained or even just natural talk over 1 radio message rather than multiple.

With radios specifically, your messages are being sent to the entirety of your faction. I can't speak for EMS, but in most cases for the school faculty I don't think there's much of a need to send messages that are longer than 256 characters. It's better to be concise with what you're saying, since the radio channels are being broadcast to every person in your faction, meaning that if you plan to send essays you'll likely be spamming a lot of players with information they either don't care about or don't need to know.

I've been in EMS for over seven months and I can count the amount of times I've needed to append over the radio on one hand during that time. And you know how often I use that radio.. Things are best to be quick and concise - if you need to explain things in more detail, it's best off to do it in person. Plus.. this will just spam chats. Everyone has different chat sizes, and one appended radio message could flood their entire chat when they're trying to: apprehend a student for rule-breaking (faculty), teach an interactive class (faculty), mid-situation (KPD) or mid procedure (EMS). For me, at least, even an almost-needing-appended message (230-256 characters) completely floods my chat. I think allowing people to append that is overall an unneeded idea.

In theory, it's nice (?) - but there's the discussion of whether it'll be used, abused, and the impact on the entire group of players who have access to radios which ISN'T just faculty, KPD, EMS - I'm pretty sure it's also council! So, yeah, overall I don't think this is needed. I've said that already. man.

Radios are used for quicker messages and personally I myself have had the need to append at times but still it's not a need and this could be just overall hard for the devs to do anyway since I'm pretty sure radios are the same mechanism as phones and they haven't appended phone talking either (to my knowledge at least)
