Hello everyone! this is just to help people decide to make the decision on buying an apartment based on size along with price I hope It helps!
Biggest business district apartment by volume
1 - Complex J
2 - Complex T
3 - Complex P
WARNING - Just because it has the highest volume doesn't mean it's the most ideal apartment (Example - could be 20 blocks long but only tall enough for one floor, meaning that if you wanted a residency with two floors a good portion of these wouldn't be suitable for your needs.)
Biggest business district penthouse by volume

(Only time the volume would be different is if you have one that doesn't possess a balcony)

3 - Small penthouse
This is just a little guide as to picking apartments, although there is a lot of numbers any advice/comments made I will happily consider if making a change is suggested. In the future I will make a magazine that has pictures of every apartment block but it will take time. I will also edit this document further once I manage to do all the house designs too! I understand I am missing some apartments and that is due to not knowing anyone who owns one or there is none unowned that I can just walk into therefore they will be added in the future!!
Furthermore I would just like to say there will be the slight odd block or two that will be wrong as human error does occur (it was also very confusing to do sometimes with matching blocks)
HAPPY SHOPPING :)
