[Item & Furniture] Reimbursement Request for Unfulfillable Restock Orders

ISSUE:
I am reaching out regarding an issue with item restock requests for the Henki-Do shop.
Between
Monday, February 17th, and Sunday, March 2nd, I submitted eight restock requests.
During this period, our shop’s stock assortment was updated,
removing 16 old items and adding 16 new ones.
(We're very happy about the stock update!)

As a result, the
first four restock requests included items that are no longer part of the shop’s official sortiment, making them unfulfillable.
Since these restock requests can no longer be processed, we kindly request reimbursement for the 5,258,500 yen we forwarded for these restocks.
