If i were to describe my activity on a scale of 1-10 id say a 8.5 due to the factor of me having hobbies in real life. These hobbies I have can take up multiple hours of my day. Although if I am ever needed I am most likely available if you guys do need me. Most of the time the hobbies I do are on the weekend so I can play all week. Past that though I have played SchoolRP now for 4+ years and have lots of hours on this game and above 8+ weeks of playtime. Most of my days on my computer are spent on SchoolRP and talking to my friends though

School Employee Role you are applying for?: Tutor



In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:

As the role I'm applying for as a tutor, my job is to provide personal academic support to the students who are in need of it. Or some who may not learn in big groups and need it one on one. Along with being a guide for the students who can also talk to them. I believe being a tutor isn’t just giving a kid the answers but teaching them in a way that can positively affect them. Along with building the students confidence.

As a tutor my role is to be that expert who is able to clarify the concepts that students may not get. Along with my strengths, confidence and being accurate with my information.

Being a tutor I believe is better than listening to a teacher because some kids may not learn like that. And as a tutor you will be able to communicate that as it is a one on one time just with the student and the tutor. Given more communication they may improve in their work!.



What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:



2020 : 2020 Was the year that sparked this all. I Joined the SchoolRP server with my friend all as a joke but after playing it for a few hours then it became something fun for us!. We found a little friend group at the time full of laughter. We did family roleplays at the time with semi-detail involved



2021-2022 : Getting more serious in the Roleplay scene I was getting into GangRP applying to gangs such as Kanto,Kishi and more smaller gangs. When I was accepted into Kanto I was expected to know P2L. P2L is what brought me to start DetailRP which I pursue now in my every day Roleplay. During this year I attended many events with the gangs that required high amounts of knowledge on how to do DetailRP due to Kanto being a bigger gang at the time and was heavily looked at



2023-2024 Now becoming a bit older player of the server playing for 4 years I pursued the role of applying for faction jobs. Such as a teacher. I did get accepted for this position and after 3 and a half months I had quit. Though during this time is where I felt the most at home. The amount of DetailRP and Experience you have to have is insane. I was doing insane amounts of DetailRP. I Made my way all the way up to a QT Teacher after having many classes looked over by my peers and getting their comments. Many positive comments were said about how I Roleplay and the amount of detail I did.



2025 : Now diving back in to this scene I'd love to partake in becoming a tutor for Karakura School. As now I'm simply an Adult role I feel like I don't get a lot of new experiences but being a part of a faction does. I would love to be introduced back into the faction scene.



Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:

I would like to partake in becoming a part of the School Employee Faction simply due to the fact that I would like to gain some more experience in my roleplays. Helping other people also spark ideas for me in my head also. Not just benefiting me though I’m motivated to join the School Employee faction due to the fact that I never see tutors online. I believe some of these roles that not a lot of people choose are very important for everything to come together.


I want to contribute to the community now that I have been a part of for many years. In a meaningful way by taking on a role that not a lot of people appreciate and look at. Although it is very essential for the faction to work.


I believe that taking on this role will give me the opportunity to collaborate with other players in a fun and new way. As I will be able to help them with their lessons.

By joining the faction I'm not just looking at improving my own roleplay but also helping improve others. I’d love to create engaging experiences for all.

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?

Mina would react quickly with an attempt to calm the student down that is curing and yelling at her by telling them to watch their language. Then she would bring them to somewhere more private away from people so there is no disturbance but also the student may not feel as empowered. She would ask them about the problem and what is going on? Mina is not a strict person, rather thoughtful and kind. Instead of giving the person a detention slip she would take it all in positively she would try her best to help the student who feels that certain way, Helping the student to calm down and offer a small space to chill out then she will have a deeper conversation with the student that it is not okay to do what they had done.



You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:

Mina would quickly act by letting other staff know on her radio telling her location and what's happening before anything. She would approach the students and attempt to stop the fight by yelling at both of them to back off. If her attempt failed then she would take action and get between the people stopping any more physical fighting after she got them a safe distance away from each other she would call for more staff as there are 2 of them and one of them which makes it hard. After the other staff comes she would then pursue asking what the problem was between the two by asking both sides of the story and asking SLT for cctv. Then inspecting the injuries on both of them and finding the main cause of the fight whoever started it she will give them detention then bring both students to the nurses office due to physical injuries.



Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:

Mina would approach the employee who was acting inappropriately and ask them to come to the side so she can chat with them. Once in private she will ask if they are okay and what they were thinking. Mina will remind them about our expectations on the job and remind them of how it looks on us. If they keep doing the dangerous acts then I will report their name,proof and what they were doing to the SLT



When in the employee break room, how does your character act?

Mina is always kind and welcoming to the people around her and will never give up the opportunity to have a conversation with another person as she is quite talkative and friendly. She will most likely all the time ask if anyone around her wants her to make them a coffee. Always outgoing and asking how other staff members' days are getting on.

/me Minas boots clicked down the hall slowly as she made it to the door placing down her books on the floor.Placing the key in to the lock shed twist softly as a loud click would erupt she pushed open the wooden door with a faint smile and she looked at the student “please! Go in dear” she'd swiftly grab her books and binders off the floor before dusting them off then slowly placing them down and closing the door behind her “Good morning! [ students name ] How have you been today!” The smile on her face grew larger as she spoke. “What subject do you want to work on today?” She tapped her foot on the floor with her casual excited expression

/me Mina caught the attention of two students who were having a fist fight not too far down the hall from her. She looked up and let out a small sigh as she walked over to the two students “Boys, cut it out and go your separate ways. If i see you two near each other again both of you will be receiving detention” She eyes down both of the kids as she was quite tired. Her body shuffled around as she would slowly walk back to the other staff member who she was having her conversation with!

/me She approached the coffee machine in the staff office giving a faint smile to the teacher who sat beside it. Mina was scrambling to press buttons to make her coffee. She turned and softly said, “Would you like me to make you a coffee?” She smiled, handing the male the first coffee that would come out of the machine as she always put other people before herself. Grabbing the last made coffee. She slowly sat down on the wooden chair trying not to spill any of the coffee she had just made.

Backstory

Mina grew up among the quiet, forested hills of Germany's Schwarzwald. Her childhood was filled with the scent of pine needles, the tick of cuckoo clocks, and stories told to her by her grandmother of magical forest devils. She was a bright, curious child, always tracing the delicate patterns of leaves or learning the Latin plant names. She was introduced to learning by her grandfather, a retired professor of history who saw in her a sharp, inquiring mind. She learned about the world beyond their small village from him, and it was in his stories about ancient Eastern art and philosophy that she first fell in love with Japan.

With the push to see the world her grandfather read about, Mina graduated with a bachelor's degree in education with linguistics and international instructional methods concentration. She was number one at the graduation and needed a new challenge. She became employed at Karakura High School not as a regular classroom teacher, but as a communication and academic support specialist. The setting to her German home town couldn't be more dramatic. The old woods were a distant memory now, as cramped streets, skysc****rs, and the hum of electricity signaled a town on the verge of change.
At first, the cultural differences were a struggle. She was a short, strikingly good-looking woman with fair skin, blue eyes that started people, and dark, long hair that made her stand out in a crowd. Her students, who were shy at first, were drawn to her unique and kind Nature, Mina learned to handle the subtleties of Japanese custom and language easily, taking on the challenge with aplomb and with genuine curiosity.

She grew to enjoy the profound sense of connection with her new community, and to appreciate the same sense of history and quiet in the old shrines and well-tended gardens of Karakura that she had enjoyed in the Black Forest. Now, she spends her days teaching on an individual basis with students, supporting them through their lesson and bridging gaps in communication with fellow students and teachers alike. Her sessions are a blend of her two worlds, a world where students learn not only to get help with their task but also appreciate multiple cultures, while she learns about their heritage of being cultured.



Motivation for Joining KHS (Character perspective):

I’m strongly motivated to join KHS due to the simple fact that the students in the school need help. Not every kid learns the same. Every student needs communication with someone one on one to fully understand the concepts being taught to them. Seeing empty spots for this job breaks my heart. These students suffer in silence and have no one to communicate their problems to. Just like my daughter who comes home everyday and is begging for help with her homework and she cannot be the only one. And that's not the only thing, the less fortunate kids that may not have parents have no one at all to communicate and get help from. That's where the tutor role comes in to place students to communicate their problems not just with their school work but also their life!.



Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:

I believe I should be accepted over other applicants simply due to the fact that I am very reliable when needed. Everyday I will show up to the job. Along with my sister used to being a teacher she has taught me lots and inspired me passing on her knowledge to me. My daughter always tells me when she's home from school that she needs extra help and honestly I’m rarely home. Always searching for jobs and not having time to help her. After looking at the roster, only 2 tutors in the whole of the school?I need to fill that position because I know my child isn’t the only one who is in need of help.

Im 100% sure that there are many people who do this job for the money but thats not me. I'm here to help out the students of Karakura high !
