Well, a type of warning that makes it clear that you shouldn't fish in the pools. It's already against the rules, but new people on the server often show up fishing on it, because they doesn't know the rules.

There's not even one on the school rules board. It could be a sign at least, because that way it won't get in the way of anyone wanting to take photos for the onrain

How will this benefit the server and community?:
It can help newcomers to the server understand that you can't fish in the pool. They kind of don't care if the server is realistic or not. And can lead o a failrp, so its a way to prevent
 
I think a more user-friendly solution is to cancel the PlayerFishEvent if the player is inside the school region (or any region marked with a region blacklist tag). That way, players can still cast their fishing rods into the pool if they really wanted to for some reason, but they won’t be able to actually catch anything there.
 
+1 it would be better if they only allowed fishing around the forest and the pier since people often fish other players
