What's the title of your suggestion?: Staircase on the pier.

If we can but a staircase on the pier with the fisherman, players can go up and down to sell fish, fish, and buy fishing rods more easily and efficiently.
How will this benefit the server and community?:
Doing this will allow players to save time not having to go all the way around to come back.
