custom item copies idea

What's your Minecraft Username?: twenie1
What's the title of your suggestion?: custom item copies idea

What's your suggestion?:
I think we can all agree that waiting for your requested copies can be annoying sometimes, especially because you can never be sure how long it'll take - to conflict this problem, I'd like to suggest something.

I think we could get/make a plugin that treats custom copies like the auction-house. A inventory-style plugin that shows all the customs in your username. I believe we could use this too get our custom copies immediately and however many we want.

How will this benefit the server and community?:
ZERO wait time for requested custom copies.

Neutral. Leaning towards -1. It’s not a bad idea. But with how often certain code breaks on the server there is a chance this could either break preventing people from buying their customs, or find away to duplicate their customs with it either accidentally or on purpose and get banned. But if they can make it work then sure.

+1 ish

I think this would be nice and a lot less hassle if it worked similarly to how shop restocks worked. You could pick an item, input how much you want, and then submit that request. Senior Admins approve shop restock, so in this case, it could be Admins approving it, and all it would take is clicking a button

I don't think it'll ever be an immediate process though to prevent any issues that might come from it

That's totally understandable and something I'd actually considered myself making the suggestion, I think Hira's addon to the suggestion is WAYYY better.

I think this would be cool, but I do like the current system... And I'm worried if something like this was implemented about it breaking. But overall yeah it sounds cool I like it

I think it’s a good idea as long as there’s still that weekly limit of how many you can get at once

After becoming a shopkeeper, I noticed the restocking system for items and furniture seems to overlap with SRP forums custom-request threads.
Is there a reason these are separate? (which was the first question that hit me)
Could we make the restocking tool available to everyone, with a cap of eight units per custom each week?
Or is there actually reasonable concern that I'm currently not seeing.
I'm wondering.

its a pain to request items, especially if you have a lot of different items etc. Additionally, I doubt its easy on staff end either. If this can be done without it breaking, I don't see a reason not to try.

Any reason why your AGAINST the idea?
I feel as people could exploit this by when the server is down (one of the bad moment) and if someone is caught duping custom ballis; Hira has record of any ordered ones, example if in total 100 000 custom ballis are ordered in the entire lifespam of the server and therer are 120 000 then Hira could know WHICH ones were duped and who had access to them originaly.
