Describe your activity on the server:

I joined the server around 4 years ago, and there was a time when my activity used to be almost perfect. Even recently, during the summer, I spent around 3-4 hours per day because I was leading a gang and wanted to be as free as possible and ready for different types of interactions. At one point, I was spending hours upon end playing SRP, but nowadays I am pretty active on the server, of course, not as much as before, and I try to spend about 2 hours on it per day. Although sometimes I don't manage to do that due to my still being in school and being busy with other hobbies like combat sports. Currently, I am trying to spend more time on the server, due to me wanting to help out my friend who is currently leading a gang.

Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you will be demoted?:

Yes, I do.

School Employee Role you are applying for?:

I am applying for Chef.

In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:

Chefs are responsible for serving students and faculty breakfast and lunch every school day. The times that these meals are served at at 8:00 and 12:35, where they make an announcement over the intercom for both Bobcats and Spartans. Chefs have meals prepared for the days and serve what is given to them, and have to stay on top of the amounts of food they have and request a restock whenever it gets too low. Outside of these times, Chefs are meant to patrol the halls, breaking up fights and sending kids to class, overall making sure they are following the rules.

What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:

I have been playing SRP for about 4-5 years now, I think. During that time, I mainly focused on one thing: GangRP and CrimeRP in general. This happened because my first interactions were with gang rpers who introduced me to it. I spent probably a year with them, having fun and doing all kinds of things, but they all quit. Of course, I continued joining gangs and playing in general. Over time, I became more experienced and started getting more involved than before. In 2023, when I started playing more than ever, I made a lot of new friends I role-played with, and later decided to join one of the gangs they were in. It was one of the two gangs I ultimately led during my SRP career, but due to my inexperience, I didn't do the best job, and it was eventually disbanded. Looking back, it had some pretty well-known people in it, but my leadership was a very bad choice and probably not the best experience for the members. After that, I had a few decent interactions in gang RP, joining different gangs at different times. Then, for around a year, I decided not to get involved in any form of CrimeRP because I lost motivation after many of my friends got banned or left. But that ended when two of my old gang RP friends told me they were creating a gang called Woodson Syndicate, which seemed promising, so I decided to join. When I joined, I realized quite a few of my old friends were in it, which made it fun from the start. Many things happened in that gang, like the original leaders leaving and new members joining. In the end, it was one of the gangs I enjoyed most and where I put a lot of effort. We even achieved UVG, which was probably one of the happiest moments I've had in GangRP because our work paid off. After we disbanded (the great depression), I joined two different gangs, but around January, I decided to take a break that lasted about four months. When I returned, I wondered what to do and which gang to join. After considering my options, I applied for one but was denied. Later, one of my best friends on SRP came back, and we formed a gang called Pruszkow. We spent a lot of time in it, doing all kinds of things, meeting new people, and reconnecting with old friends who returned to help. We achieved UVG with this gang as well, which was a huge moment for me and MidNinjaa, as we put a lot of work into it again. Over time, many people lost motivation, and we had fewer applicants. When Ninja also lost interest in running the gang, I did too, and we decided to end it before it declined further. Still, we had a great time playing with everyone. I consider it a success because GangRP is most fun when it’s with friends.

Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:

I wish to join the school employee faction to experience a different type of roleplay. I have a lot of friends who have been a part of the faction, and some who still are, and they all say that they enjoyed their time in the faction and met really cool people while in it. I want to take a chance and experience what they have and make new friends. I've also never been in a faction before, and I want to see what new RP it will offer me, and get me into. Another reason is that a lot of my friends have adult characters, and being an employee will allow me to roleplay with them, as I would also have an adult character.

Situations

/*Do not mention use of FearRP*/

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:

Turning around to lock eyes with the student who called him pathetic. He would put both of his hands in his pockets, thinking whether he should insult him back or do what he's supposed to do as a chef in the school and give him a warning. After a second or two of reminiscing, he walked up to the person, looking him dead in the eyes. Crossing his hands and resting them just a bit below his chest. Taking a deep breath, he would finally speak to him. "I would prefer it if you apologise on the spot so I don't have to give you detention, or report you to someone who could make your student life worse."

You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:

He would quickly make his way over there and just watch the situation for a second, so he realizes what he should do. After he's calculated what's going on, he would grab the person closer to him and drag him away just enough so they are not able to fight each other. Both of them would be grabbed by their collars of their shirts tight enough so they can't break the grip he has on them. He would look at both of them one after another, his head going left and right, looking at them. Finally, he spoke. "What do you think both of you are doing, truly? What is the reason behind this? It better not be a woman you're fighting for, if it's that, I am making sure you're getting detention. If the reason i valid, I will think about it."

Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:

Sosa would look at the person instantly, being confused and intrigued by doing this. After a second or two, he goes up to him and makes him stop what he is doing. Putting both of his hands in his pockets while standing face to face with him, he would sort of look down at his not physically but mentally, showing that he's truly surprised and though not happy by his action. "You tell me what you're doing right now, and explain why. Or else we will have a problem." Sosa would be chewing on his gum while talking to him, trying to get an answer. "Spit it out."

When in the employee break room, how does your character act?

He would be sitting down in the corner of the room on the couch, having his feet resting on the small coffee table in front of him. In one hand, he's holding a cup of coffee, and in the other is a pen. On his legs, there is a book about cooking open, and you can see some words that have been crossed there and whole sentences changed. The more you look into the page, the more you can see that behind the crosses, there are explanations written with a mere pen. He would continue reading the book, correcting more stuff the more he reads. Suddenly, a person would walk into the room. Closing the book and revealing it's a cooking book by a famous cook in Serbia. Putting the book and pen away while keeping the coffee in his hand, drinking it. He would move his attention to the person who walked in and try to start a conversation.

Provide us with at least three detailed /me's of your character whilst on your chosen role:

/me
he would grab a medium-sized cooking pot and fill half of it with room temperature water. Put it on the stove and wait a few minutes for it to start boiling. He reached with his hand for the box of macaroni in the drawer next to him. Grabbing it and unrapping it, while reading that it says to cook it for 8 minutes for it to be good. He would put everything from the pack inside the boiling water. Opening his phone, he clicks on the clock app and sets an alarm for ten minutes from now. While waiting, he talked about the fact that he could have used the timer instead of the alarm. After the 8 minutes had gone by, he grabbed a big bowl that had holes on the bottom of it. Placing it over the sink and balancing it so it's not touching the bottom of it. Grabbing the cooking pot filled with hot water, he pours all of it into the bowl, making the maraconi stay in it and the water flowing down through the holes, leaving only the essential part. Then the bowl with the macaroni would be put back into the cooking pot and placed back on the stove. Of course, he has turned the stove on earlier and just used it as a place to put stuff on. From the same drawer, he grabbed the box of maraconi from which he would get tomato sauce made for pasta. Pouring the whole pasta sauce into the cooking pot. With a big spoon, he spread the sauce evenly.

/me
After he finished eating, he got up from the table to put his dirty dishes in the dishwasher. While doing that, he notices that the stove he cooked the food on had become pretty dirty. After witnessing that, he quickly grabbed a sponge and imagined how much work this was going to take. While looking around for something that could possibly help him, he would try and scrub it just with the sponge. After a few seconds of trying, he realised it's not going to work out. Going over to the sink, turning on the hot water, he puts the sponge under the stream, getting it as wet as possible. Noticing that next to the sink, there is baking soda, he grabs it instantly without thinking and pours some of it on the dirty spots on the stove. Trying to move as quickly as possible until the sponge is still hot, he starts scrubbing the dirty spots for a minute or two. After that, it would be as clean as it first came. Getting a towel, he wipes everything off and throws it on the ground, knowing he will have to launder it later.

/me
He would be cleaning his work supplies after finishing a session of cooking and notice that his knives are not as sharp as they used to be. With him being a chef, he couldn't let it slide. Instantly pulling out a stone that knives are sharpened on. He would put the knife in his right hand, holding it casually. He would slightly change his grip a bit to the right and his pointer finger on the blade for better control. He would inspect the dull part of the knife carefully, then grab the dull side of the blade with his left hand, having control over it. He would start sharpening it, keeping it at a specific angle, trying to sharpen it as best as he could. He would originally move it vertically, and from time to time, he would change it to horizontal, trying to sharpen it as best as he could.

Backstory

/* Describe how your character ended up becoming an employee including their previous life. It's optional to include earlier life. Make sure this is over 300 words and remove this comment after posting.*/

I was born in Prague, the Czech Republic. Both of my parents studied law in Czechia and decided to continue living there after. I lived the first 19 years of my life normally, and it had nothing exciting in it. I graduated in Czechia and then needed to start planning where I'm going to study and what I'm going to study. Then an idea hit me, when I was younger, I used to spend my summer break in Japan with my grandparents, where I had a lot of fun, and made lots of friends. The country was one I truly liked, and the people in it as well. After remembering how much I liked it, the decision was made for me to study in Japan. My parents let me choose where to study, but didn't let me choose what to study. Both of them strictly made me pick criminal justice and told me to go for a lawyer after I graduate. I decided not to argue with them and did exactly what they told me. I made my application for countless universities there, and gladly, I got into the best one, the University of Tokyo. It was a good thing I got in due to my grandparents living there, and me not needing to rent an apartment to study there. I spent my time there meeting new people and mainly helping out my grandparents with whatever I could. While I was studying hard for tests and exams, the people who always helped me out were them, so whenever I got the chance, I tried to help them, for example, with cooking, laundry, and so on. The more I helped them out, the more I got invested in specifically the cooking. My grandma taught me more and more of her recipes and got me more involved. I decided to start working in a restaurant in my free time so I can help out with bills and learn more about cooking. A few years went by like this. After I graduated, my parents called me and started trying to find me a job. But I had shared to my grandparents that I've decided that I want to become a chef due to my love for cooking. The advice they gave me is to do what I want to do. My parents scolded me over the phone many times, so at one point I decided to block them, and then a bit later I signed up for culinary arts, and I enjoyed it from the start till the end. I graduated it pretty fast; it took me a year and a half due to my actually enjoying it. After I graduated, both of my parents came to my door and, without warning, kicked me out and had my grandparents have no word in it. After that, I kept in touch with them, but my parents were not at all. I tried to get myself as far away from them as possible. I researched and found a not popular place called Karakura, where I decided to go. Once I went there, I instantly started trying to find a job application, due to my needing to find a place to stay and money to spend on rent, electricity, and so on.

Motivation for Joining KHS (Character perspective):

My motivation for joining KHS is to be a positive influence on the students. The most important meal of the day is breakfast, and I know many students often skip meals entirely or cannot afford them. I wish to help them as best as I can, and feeding them is one of the most effective ways to do so. Cooking has been a large part of my life, and I wish to spread my love for it to others in a healthy way. Students have to eat, and while at school, I can show them just how amazing the culinary arts are, and maybe even get some students to find their dream career, as I have. I can also help keep the school a safe place and prevent students from fighting one another by encouraging them to attend class.

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:

Although everyone should get a fair chance at being accepted because of all of our differences, I believe I should be chosen due to my experience handling and preparing food throughout my life. I have been cooking since I was a child and have taken every chance I can since then to hone my skills. I've served food to not only my family, but also other customers at the jobs and volunteer work I did during my time at university. I would also do my absolute best to ensure that all of the lovely students and inspiring employees would be able to come to me for whatever they may need.
