Why are Teachers so important to SchoolRP?:
Teachers bring the importance to SchoolRP Due to their main factor of the server. One of the biggest buildings the school!, Something you see as soon as you enter the spawn of the server. The teachers are important because they play a role that is needed.
Without the teachers the SchoolRP wouldn't really be school as it is not realistic and nothing happens. With teachers there is ongoing things such as, Classes, Schedules that are expected for the students to follow along with lessons that shape our students.
Along with this, Having the role of teachers included in SchoolRP it keeps the students/player base engaged with the server and hooks them to log back in everyday. Along with that factor of the teachers doing classes that keep the students involved.
Teachers are also able to bring new depth and lore in to the SchoolRP server. If teachers weren't a thing in the server then every time someone logs in then it would be repetitive and the same stuff would happen everytime.
In a short summary Teachers,
- Make the server function.
- Bring Lore.
- Feel Real.
- Bring Organization to the server.
Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you may lose your role?: Yes, I acknowledge that if i am inactive I will lose my role, Although i will be active as shown when I was last a teacher.
Do you agree to undergo teacher training if your application is successful?: Yes, Even though I have undergone training already. From past experience.

A student in class is struggling to understand the content, what would your character do?:
⭑*•̩̩͙⊱••••✩••••̩̩͙⊰•*⭑
Leni's first thing wouldn't be to go straight to them instead of this she would observe what the problem was and understand what type of help may be needed for the student. I wouldn't call them out in front of the whole class due to it maybe not being a problem from school instead of being outside the school. Instead after class I would invite them to have a one on one conversation with me. We can talk about the ongoing issue that they may be facing or if its just a one time thing. I believe that every student struggles at one point and our purpose is to help them through it!.
A student is continuously being disruptive in class, talking out of turn, and making jokes with classmates. What would your character do?:
If a student was being disruptive during one of my classes instead of calling them out in front of their friends/peers and embarrassing them I would ask them simply to refocus their attention back to the lesson very politely and would remind them softly about the class expectations that I will say every class. Then after this class I would have a one on one conversation if it kept occurring asking them with what is going on?, straight away asking if they are in need of any help.
Along with the situation I would offer support for the student whether it is catching up on their work or other circumstances.
[ IF THEY DONT COMPLY ]
If they keep acting out of order after many reminders and talks after class then I would simply kick them during the class if it has happened on multiple occasions along with giving them a detention slip and I will Tell SLT about their actions.
Provide at least 2 interactive class ideas related to your preferred subject:
