ㅤI am fairly active on SRP, being online daily for a few hours either working on builds, faction items, or simply roleplaying. I would rate my activity as 7/10, due to the fact that oftentimes I could be found afk and away from my computer, or simply playing another game while minecraft is left open. I am a full time college student as well, but I attend from home which helps my ability to keep on track with all of my activities on SRP.



What is your motivation for applying?:
ㅤIt all started back when I was accepted as a Judge for the Town Faction, I was allowed to see KPD from a legal side, which I had never seen before. With my involvement in Town Hall and my crime experience, I wanted to explore the KPD side of things. By the time I had left Town, the College Internships had been announced and I was thrilled. I sat in a shopping mall parking lot struggling to have the tiniest amount of service to apply to KPD and EMS Internships. When I found out I had been accepted, I was over the moon with excitement and ironically caused me to return early from my sudden inactivity. Attending these internships gave me more drive to apply for KPD. While I also have a lot of roles in the crime world, and I enjoy them very much, it is time that I move onto new things and new experiences.

ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤWhat knowledge do you have of Police Work?
ㅤAs stated before, I attended the most recent KPD Internships where I learned things from both the Main and Detective Division. Now it has been a long time since I had attended these internships and so I shall remember this information to the best of my ability.

DIVISION RANKS

• Main Division: Commissioner, Captain, Lieutenant, Sergeant, Corporal, Patrol Officer, and Cadet
• Detective Division: Detective Superintendent, Detective Chief Inspector, Detective Inspector, Detective Sergeant, Detective Constable

KPD Duties

• Front Desk: Where KPD will sit in either 30 or 60 minute slots, allowing citizens to walk in rather than call to make reports, pay bail, or simply ask questions.
• Patrols: Where a single or team of officers go and walk around the city, this could be to check up on EMS or Town Hall, or to see if there is any crime happening without someone needing to call it in.
• Raids: These are done upon an arrest of someone with illegal weaponry, they go to the person's home to retrieve any other contraband.
• Arresting and/or detaining: This could happen to one or many people if spotted being unlawful or breaking laws that are set in place. While arresting is simply arresting someone for a crime that they have committed, detaining is where an investigation occurs to see if they had committed any crimes in a previous situation.
• Inmate Care: While inmates are located in the cells, officers are allowed to oversee yard time and visitations as well as other things.
• Statement Taking: When a citizen comes to report a crime, an officer or detective are allowed to take a statement from the witness, writing it down in a report to where further action may take place.

Polite Equipment

• Baton: A stick commonly either made of carbon or a type of metal used in close combat situations to cause successful blows to the head to knock out the opponent.
• Handcuffs: Carried by all officers and detectives. A non-muggable tool that can be used to detain and restrain someone.
• Radio: A walkie talkie or communication device allowing officers to communicate with town, ems, or amongst themselves. This can be broken with a sharp or blunt weapon upon an attack towards it.
• Stun Blaster: A long ranged tool, allowing the officer that welds it to aid them in a combat or chase. Upon being hit with this tool, you are then oocly immobilized for 60 seconds without needing to action a roll.
• Pepper Spray: A mid-range tool that has three charges. It can be used to blind a target after a successful roll or action has taken place. It blinds the target for 60 oocly seconds unless they have equipped a gas mask. This is a non-muggable item.
• Tranquilizer: Yet another long range tool that is only accessible to Sergeants and Detective Inspectors or higher. Like Stun Blasters, they are used to immobilize a threat but instead for 2 oocly minutes. This also needs to be reloaded and cannot be mugged.
• Breathalyzer: This is a passive tool to correctly tell the level of intoxication of whoever blows into it. This belongs to all officers and EMS workers.
• Crowbar: Accessible for Corporals and higher, this is used to pry open doors and containers. It can be mugged with proper permissions along with a successful action and roll.
• Gasmask: A mask worn by both on-duty KPD and EMS. This is used to protect them from threats, such as pepper spray. This can be mugged with proper permissions, a successful roll, and action.
• Riot Shield: It’s a shield with dual use! This is a tool accessible to all officers. Whilst held in the main-hand slot it offers protection by neutralizing all attacks from the side and front of the office. While in the offend slot, it offers as an offensive item but with that they lose the protection it granted them.

Itemrp Equipment

• Luminol Spray: This is used to indicate blood stains prior to any items being washed in bleach and water or hydrogen peroxide.
• Latex gloves: Disposable gloves for the officers, because they often need them to do their jobs.
• First-aid kit: To be fair, what officer HASN’T gotten hurt on the job? They need that first aid kit if they get attacked by a wild plant in their lobby.
• Fingerprint scanner: When finding a suspect to a crime scene, they can use this scanner to find the target they were after.

KPD Vehicles

• Cruiser: A 4 seat cruiser for 2 officers in the front and 2 citizens in the back. Or if you are feeling funny, 4 officers.
• Motorbike: A bike used for officers to get to areas quickly with ease without having to run across town. Trust me, your legs ACHE after running from complex c to shopping district.

Why is Police important to SchoolRP?
ㅤSchoolRP, filled with students and adults, workers and the unemployed, the innocent and the felons. With this wide variety of roleplayers, you each need a faction to help this run. One of these factions is the Police Department, helping players icly for many years. Having a police department balances out the criminals, bringing peace and order to the chaos that the town provides on a daily basis. This gives the roleplay experience a real world basis in the community, allowing it to feel more authentic and allow more interactions on more than just a school basis, which can be overwhelming and at times, burn us out.

Describe your character; how they look, what makes them unique?
ㅤWalking into a room, a darkened silhouette presents herself as she emerges from the shadows. Eliko Kamatto would stand before you, a gracious young Korean-Japanese woman filled with confidence, empowerment, and grace. She stood tall at 5 '10”, a higher height for an asian woman, but her posture makes her seem taller in the room she stood in. With her hourglass figure, her body seemingly screamed powerful as if she could control it around her with grace. Her black hair with white poliosis streaks shaped her face to nearly perfection, making her seemingly in the wrong place of employment. Her sharp chocolate brown eyes made her gaze fearful wherever she turned it. Her hands, covered in a black velvet glove would be a common sight for those who knew her. To say if she had viewed the world from both sides in her life wouldn’t be a mistake. When she talks, her true voice comes to play. An elegance of one who has been raised in fortune and old money. Why would a woman such as this be at an employment such as this?

How does your character act in a professional/casual situation?
ㅤBeing from power and money, she was raised to speak in front of crowds, have her voice flow as if hundreds could hear her from the stage. She was raised to act with poised perfection, even in the most difficult of situations.

ㅤProfessionally, she listens to those of her coworkers or her higherups. She acts with diligence and elegance even during the touchest of times. Though her act can soften, putting on a trustworthy smile and gleam in her eyes that paints her as someone of calm and comfort.

ㅤCasually she is secluded, enjoying her time alone with those of her family and loved ones. She is a kind soul, helping out if needed or coming to the rescue at times of need. She enjoys her hobbies as much as the other person, though she finds the comfort of others necessary than the seclusion of silence.

ㅤWhat is their outlook on the idea of co-workers & teamwork?
She is quite fond of teamwork, and hopes that her co-workers are too. While she can thrive in a solo environment, she sees the help from co-workers as a necessity in this day and age. Some tasks cannot be completed without another person to assist. Her respect and appreciation to her coworkers allows her to continue on working without the struggle or problems that could come from working alone.

What's your character's backstory?
ㅤEliko Kamatto is one of the great grandchildren of Lady Ch’a Yun-Soon Baek. While she does not share the last name, she takes pride in her family’s legacy and wealth. She is the eldest daughter of Kurayami Kamatto and Seo-Jin Chin-hwa Kamatto, and the eldest sibling of triplets Alibara, Alirou, and Aliono Kamatto. While her main family remained in Seoul, South Korea, she was born in Kyoto, Japan on the late night of September 2nd, 20XX. Her early childhood would be like any normal one for those who come from fortune. While being raised as a lady, she would present a wild side for herself which would grant her a title amongst the staff of her home. From there on out, she would be known as ‘Lady of Calamity’, which would carry on into her young adult life and her late teenage years. At the age of 19, her and her brothers would move to Karakura to start fresh away from their father who had controlled their lives from the start. At the age of 20, she would meet a young college student by the name of Yakeru Saiky. Ironically enough for the two, they would nearly hit it off almost instantly, becoming friends and eventually falling for one another in their young 20s.

ㅤNo, you may not own a pocket knife. That is classified as an illegal weapon, and with such a weapon on your person you may be arrested and charged with possession of illegal weaponry.

ㅤParacentamol, eye glasses and patches, iron supplements, multivitamins, and melatonin are all prescription free. In which all can be obtained at the pharmacy inside the back of the hospital.

If you see your co-workers physically abusing an inmate, what should you do?
ㅤThe police department holds a multitude of criminals before sending them off to Tokyo, and while some are simply terrible people, none should be treated with such vile behavior. Just as any investigation would go, I would make sure to grab evidence, either recording this on my body camera or taking a video on my phone. Afterwards I would go to the Commissioner or the next highest rank currently available with my report. I would also see fit that the inmate is seen by a medical professional for any injuries that may have been given to them.

What should you do if you see your co-worker being assaulted?
ㅤI am surely going to be seeing this in my future as I have seen this in my past before, though I could not take any action for the previous encounter, I tend to make that change. I would survey the situation, not wanting to go into it blindly and hesitate at a given moment. I put out my efforts into neutralizing the attacker before getting me and my coworker to safety along with any others who were or are with me at the time. Just as the previous question as well, I would seek out a medical professional to assist my co-worker in any injuries that have been brought upon them during the assault. I would as well make sure that the assaulter would be faced with criminal charges, and arrested for such. Wouldn’t want them roaming around waiting for another opportunity to strike us once more.

What do you do if you find out that your co-worker is corrupt and is helping criminal organizations?
ㅤThis I would find saddening, an officer turned to the dark side. Though, I would like to know their reasons for doing such. What had driven them to go to someone that we fight against on a daily basis to keep this town safe. Any.. findings or evidence of the corruption would be brought straight to the Commissioner, as much as it would pain me to do that to my fellow co-workers, but the job comes first.

How would you react to a criminal trying to bribe you?
ㅤNothing good could come from tainted money, even if it is tested as legitimate money, I wouldn’t dare touch yen that had laid in the hands of someone who has hurt or injured innocent people. I have my own money, and do not need for such filth to be presented to me in bribery. I would continue on with what I was doing, arresting or detaining them or any others, and the person who had attempted to bribe me with tainted cash would have that information put into their file as swiftly as possible.
