What is your motivation for applying?:one of my friends work as one and i wanna be just like him because he told me how it was and it kind convinced me
Do you have an understanding of Katakura's laws & Constitutional rights?:Yes Indeed I do. i used to also know gangrp rules..
What are your goals for being in Government Faction?: i found it quiet interesting and i wanna try to do it since i been so bored and needing of money so i trying my best
In your own words, describe the different roles of the Government Faction: -okay starting with the mayor the roles of the mayors vary significantly depending on the local government structures (strong mayors weak mayors systems) but generally encompass executive or legislative and ceremonial duties

the Head of Department
-is like can be strategic planning and policy implementation are responsible for developing departmental strategy and ensuring the implementation of government policies and legislation within their specific domain. and for operational managements the oversee the daily operations of the departments ensuring officiant and effective service and delivery to the public, this involves optimizing the internals processes managing resources and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Deputy Mayor; the primary role of Deputy Mayor is to support and act as a substitute for the mayor the specific duties can very depending on the local governance structure but generally include a mix of substitute supportive and independent functions
-chief excusive (in "strong" mayoral) in many large cities the mayors act as the chief was executive officers of the municipality responsible for the day to day operations of the government. this include overseeing most city's departments "police fire public work" managing the city's budgets appointing departments heads and other officials.
-presiding officer (in "weak" mayoral or "council-manager" systems) in other systems the mayors power is more limited the primarily serve as the presiding officer of the city council meeting ensuring an officiant and proper debate process and may have a tie breaking vote day to day administration is typically handled by a hired city manager.

lawyers such as public prosecutors are responsible for prosecuting criminals cases on behalf of the state they ensure the justice is done through fair trail by presenting all credible evidence to the court for and for the public defense in some cases government employed public defenders represent individuals accused of crimes who cannot Offord a private lawyers ensuring every persons has access to legal assistances and a fair trial. this can include handling divorce administrative task such as legal research managing large scale commercial contracts and public procurement advising on employment law and overseeing matters like a property's and transfers for public use
