Describe your activity: I play a lot. I got exams soon so sometimes I have to be afk of course but its possible to message and reach me! Normally I play around 4-6 hours a day. I am avaiable for these 4-6 hours and further than that I might be afk but as mentioned, still reachable!

Link any significant applications (e.g., Roles/Teams, exclude languages): I applied for teacher once but that was a looong time ago and I am not able to find that application!

What is your motivation to apply for reporter?: I always wanted to have a certain role in Karakura SchoolRP! I always wanted to create something, make people know me and make money! For years I have been wanting to get a city job, and as I saw the reporter applications will get checked soon I decided to try get that job! Knowing I can go around and interview people while making my own newspaper sheets is just really cool! I really enjoy writing and reading and I hope that as a reporter I could deliver great news which are well written for people to enjoy!

Do you have any experience with writing? What is your relationship with writing?: I always read a lot, my native language is not english but I learned really well over the years. I managed to understand and learn complex words to use them myself! I always enjoyed reading and writing and wanted to do that more often. I dont really write much on SchoolRP but I make things like biographies, descriptions and more! As a reporter I am able to write more often and have more fun myself!

Are you aware of - and will follow - the set of rules provided to you?: Yes, I understand and agree to the rules.

Why should we accept you over others?: I have been dreaming of becoming a reporter. I have really nice psychological such as writing knowledge. I also learned over the years what feels nice to read and what is not nice to read. Question is how could that help me? With the psychology I am able to find out stuff I need for my news and articles, the writing for of course writing them and reading to know if they are good or not! I also think I'm a nice and more chill guy who does not argue much and follows rules. Also, I dont think I am better than other people applying, and I dont want to make it look like I have higher or even better chances of getting accepted.

Do you understand you have to stay completely neutral with all reports? (Your report can't have any OOC or IC bias towards a specific group.) Yes it is understandable that if there is beef with somebody oocly or icly I am not allowed to make an article over them to ruin or reveal their reputation. I am also not the person who likes spreading private things and it's just not nice at all. I understand why it is not allowed and why it should not be done.

Do you trust that you will be able to stay active and complete the monthly quota?: I am really sure I am able to reach the montly quota and be a good reporter for a long time. As I have mentioned before I may be offline specific days to study for my exams, but I will be trying to be as much online as I can and writing the news and articles.

Summarise what you imagine work as a reporter is: As a reporter your job is to spread informations and make people inform about things that happened if its a big problem, great news or speculations that are going around the town. But dont forget that being a reporter is not a job you do completly alone by yourself. You need good and organised teamwork to bring out the best articles. I also believe that as a reporter you join events with the town and the server.

[!] As the man with his long blue hair sat down he places both of his hands on the desk, signalizing he takes this very serious. After he takes a deep breath he places his view directly on the interviewer.
"I am Soyoshi von Welle, pleasure meeting you."

[!] Welle would look up to the ceiling placing his chin in the air and his eyes looking up. "Most people call me Soy, its a somewhat nickname I received over time since my name is Soyoshi." [!] As he lowers his chin and head again he looks back at the interviewer and smiles softly. "I identify myself as a man so It would be Mr." [!] His hands which would still be placed on the desk would shiver a little bit.. Is he nervous.. scared? He would stop forming a fist and takes his hands from the desk, trying to hide his nervousness.

[!] The mysterious man packed in a suit would secretly move his feet a bit more to the back, giving him a pose he can think clearer with. "I am twenty five years old." [!] Once again, Welle would send a soft smile into the interviewers direction, trying to signalize he is a nice guy!

Past job/work experience:
[!] Once again looking up he starts thinking. He would move his hand into his faces direction and touches his chin. After he thought for some time now he looks back at the interviewer and takes a deep but not so obvious breath and starts talking.."My father used to own a small grocery store back then. Lists and E-mails had to be done so I learned early on how to write and talk respectfully. As I grew older I started reading the newspaper and always thought how cool it would have to be to be a reporter. I read a lot of articles.. oohh I remember [!] He blinks and smiles at that moment, remembering his old days as he was still younger. "It tempted me to write my own articles back then, not for the public more for me only. [!] He would form a first out of his hands again which are laying still on the table. He moves out his chest a bit and continues to look into the interviewers eyes. "Articles and news are pretty fun! So beautiful written!

[!] Soyoshi would nervously look down.. are they emberassed? He would look back at the interviewer "I had to drop out of school as soonest as I was done... [!] He would open a prepared suitcase he brang with him earlier. As he opens the briefcase he would get a piece of paper saying something about a high school diploma. "I had to leave school as soonest as I got my diploma. I wish I would have studied psychology but sadly my family and I did not posess the money to get me on a good college. [!] He would take more papers from his briefcase which say something about journalism internship. "I used to do some interships in the journalism genre. Even tho I am not special within school life I am sure I can still do a great job. [!] It can be seen that he would be upset about his school life.. That he was not really able to go to college.

[!] Welle would raise his head, and look back into the interviewers eyes. "I am russian, but I was born in Japan. My family got a long story, we are from russian but found Karakura and started living here, then I was born. [!] He would nod as he continues talking "Sometimes I still visit russia with my family to live there for around a week.

[!] He would blink, still looking into the interviewers direction "Well, I would describe myself as a nice helpful man. I dont mind helping others and most of the time I stay respectful. I am a massive fan of baseball which I used to play in highschool often." Welle would smile softly as the conversation reminds him of his past. "I am really interested in art aswell, sometimes buying paintings for high prices or even selling my own! Well.. I describe myself more.. where was I? Oh yeah, Nice and helpful. I rarely come too late to work, or ignore any rules regarding where I work at."

What are you interested in writing about? How will you achieve this, and would you consider going out of your comfort zone?:
"I really like scandals, writing about police action, goverment action and creepy also mysterious things regarding town." [!] Welle would listen to the interviewer as they asked him the next questions. "Achieving that is not hard, I mean I never had problems with that. I ask people about stuff I heard myself about and I get to hear rumors and theories that I research on and check up myself. The good stuff comes together all by itself and then I just write it down!" [!] He would smile as his hands start to shake a bit again. He would quickly move his hand position attempting to stop the shaking and focusing on the other questions the interviewer asks him about. "Comfort zone, well yeah! I dont mind going out of my comfort zone to get specific types of informations for the newspaper. I plan on making it my new life almost like a lifestyle. So I wouldnt mind going out of my comfort zone."

What are your expectations for the job?:
"My expectations are nice coworkers and fair payment. I understand when sometimes some ideas for the newspapers are not the best, but starting to get disrespectful about it wouldnt be the way in my view. So I expect that the person I am working for stays respectful and kind, same as the coworkers I will be working with." [!] Soyoshi would look around the room quickly as he said that. He doesn't know who his boss will be and hopes the interviewer understood and doesn't take it personal. "I will probably get sometimes hated on outside tho of people who don't like what I spread or if I used them to get certain information but that was never a problem to me."

[!] The two men would sit down, staring at eachother. In the middle would be standing a table with a tape recorder standing on it. Welle would reach to the recorder and presses a button, starting the recording.

W : "Please state your name for the record."
Y : "My name is Satomo Yoshida"

W : "First of all, thanks for coming to the interview my name is Welle and I am interviewing you about your story.. I researched some things and you were in prison because of second degree murder is that correct??"
Y : "Yeah, I was jailed for three years because of second degree murder."

W : "In the court you plead non guilty and even hired an expensive lawyer to win the court without any success. Why did you do that?"
Y : "Because I am innocent, I was not the one who stabbed him. I would never hurt someone I know my entire life."

W : "May you tell us your side of what happened exactly that night?"
Y : "I rarely talk about it because people keep on thinking im crazy.. But I Was out with a friend at around 1 am in the Karakura woods. We planned on hanging out and returning at 3am. We told eachother creepy stories, but since we entered the forest Jay started to behave different."

W : "What do you mean by different?"
Y : "I don't know, he kept zoning out, looking around as if something was watching him"

W : "Interesting, continue with your story let me just write some things down." [!] Welle would take a clipboard that had been placed on the table. He would start writing down some things.
Y : "Well, as we went further in the woods as we told eachother creepy stories he suddenly stopped moving and just stood there. I asked him multiple times what was wrong but he did not move an inch. The hairs on my neck began standing up as he did not reply. Suddenly he screamed and ran into a cabin. Of course I ran after and as I was in he locked the door, placing furniture infront and running into a corner where he would warn me to keep my eyes open and to shut up. I asked why but he insisted. "

W : "Indeed, that is suspicious and weird,[!] He would once again write some things down as he spoke. "Well, continue if you dont mind."
Y : "I dont mind dont worry. But basically after minutes have passed we heard weird scratches above the cabin and around us almost if something was in the walls. I asked and yelled at him what the heck was going on but he just looked at me.. with that fear. SUDDENLY THE FUCKING WALLS BEGAN TO BLEED." [!] As Y said that he stood up and slammed his hands on the table..

W : "Walls began to bleed? What do you mean by that? And please.. sit back down."
Y : "I don't even know myself! They started covering themself with blood and dropping on the floor in masses! It was truly terryfing."

W : [!] Would once again write stuff down "Well, continue with your story."
Y : "Okay, it started bleeding and I was freaking out like him I thought im turning crazy. Then it came to the point that we started hearing voices and a creature appeared infront of us.. it came closer and took out a fucking katana and stabbed him in the chest!"

W : "A creature stabbed him in the throat with a katana..? Interesting. Well describe it to me."
Y : "It was see-trough and flew, it's katana was not see-trough tho.."

W : "Got it, go on with your story."
Y : "As he dropped on the floor I ran at him and held him in my arms as I watched him loosing a lot of blood. I knew it was over but as I looked around the thing was gone, it was just us two there almost if nothing ever happened. I called EMS and after minutes they told me he is alright and they managed to save him, but he has to stay in the hospital for some days.

W : "So, it was like nothing ever happened?"
Y : "Yes! I swear I never saw something like that. Of course rangers, researchers and officers basically EVERYTHING asked me the hell out. It was weird for them and they did not believe me. I wondered why they are not just asking my friend about it but turns out he fell into a coma? They were sure I was the one who stabbed him and in prison I was forced to go to therapy and meet psychiatrists to help me."

W : "Well, In the court report is written that you made it all up, their theory is you are crazy and just like burned out, you are saying something else was it but there seems to be no evidence at all to back up your story how is that possible?"
Y : "I know.. Nobody believes me. Everyone thinks I am crazy I think I need a break.. for a few days.."

W : "Of course, you don't have to do this and you can always leave."
Y : "Yes.. We can talk the next week tho if you want if I'm free."

W : "You got my number, just contact me whenever you can. Thanks for sharing your story to us." [!] Welle would turn off the tape recorder "You are free to leave!"

Y : "See you someday.. again maybe!"
[!] Y would have left..

W : "Weird.. The report talks about the katana having his fingerprints.. Is he saying the truth or are is he just crazy..
