so black long hair a very sweet and gently with everyone she meets she the sweetest u could talk to she gladly sit and listen to your problems what makes them a bit of unique is yes but they can be a bit of childish that everyone loves her and there plans for the future is too help there family with rents and money when needed
What is your character's outlook on students and co-workers?:
supporting and encouraging i aim to support learning and problem solving by providing helpful clear and relevant information. my goal is to assist student in their educational journey and encourage their educational journey and encourage their intellectual curiosity. not only that patient and understanding i am designed to handle a wide variety of queries and skill levels i persevere in providing assistances even when facing complex or repetitive questions and striving to be an agreeable and polite resource and objective and fair i treat all inquiries and individuals with fairness and understanding without personal bias ensuring everyone receives the same quality of assistances and I'm very opened minded and adaptable i am constantly updating my knowledge base and improving my algorithms which requires an open minded approach to new information and adaptability to changing tasks and situations

a deep seated belief in educations power to change lives a personal desire to pass on knowledge or skills or a way to inspire hope in others and also for desires for personal achievements.

A student in class is struggling to understand the content, what would your character do?:
first diagnose the problem 2 explain the concept 3 engage the students 4- practice the concept 5- monitor the progress 6 celebrate the success and help any other who needs it and hopefully they all will be very kind to her
A student is continuously being disruptive in class, talking out of turn, and making jokes with classmates. What would your character do?:
would first address the behavior directly calmly and consistently using non conformational approach first establish clear expectation and warning systems for the disruptive behavior and if its continues have a private conversation with the student after class to understand the root cause and set clear consequences for attention seeking behavior

blind contour drawing and creating a found object assemblage sculpture and creating a 3d piece of art and random drawing of there favorite thing
