Trivia Information:
What is the student council and what do they do?:
Student Council: A faction that its system works uniquely compared to any ordinary school faction, they manage order and discipline within students, whether being college or highschool, functioning like an assistant to the school grounds yet remaining their place as students as it holds heavily into voluntary work since it’s not a job that they’re paid to do. They also hold similar power to those who work in a school as they gain certain access to maintain control within school grounds.
Councilors also serve a favor to students as well, in cases of student conflicts against school staff, they also can maintain order to aid conflicted students or serve protection to troubled students.
What motivated you to apply for council? (e.g. Interests, friends, etc.):
Council has long inspired me going back since late 2024, due to social anxiety I’ve failed to comply with my urges for the longest time, friends, along the time, has helped encouraged to apply as they saw me as fit to the team and knowing Council consists order and controlled mindset as well a creative and open minded one plus mutuality/teamwork which the information alone has clicked just right within my way of being and I’d like to believe that I’d improve as a person to have something that keeps me focused and controlled while it enhances my creativity and help with bonding as well improve drastically my ways of roleplay and later expand out in the future.
Are you aware that you’ll be having to use your creativity and teamwork ethic within the student council? (e.g. Coming up and helping with events):
That’s quite the reason why Council has inspired me personally, I’m a relatively creative person with an open mind to new ideas and strategies, therefore, yes. I’m aware.
Can you list the roles in the council along with other roles that might be important to the council?:
School staff are separated into many roles in the school that are important to the council.
SLT (School Leadership Team)
School staff are separated into many roles in the school that are important to the council.
SLT (School Leadership Team)
Principal | The leader for Highschool, managing highschoolers’ order and its discipline as well managing the sports in the Highschool side as we call the Bobcats! They’re important by the fact that they’re the final say of everything that occurs in the Highschool grounds. |
Vice-Principal | They also hold as leaders within Highschool, working as teamwork with the principal as they report issues that level up to extreme cases to the Principal while being the second managing minor disciplines within students and sport teams. They tend to hold the final say when Principal isn’t up to availability. |
Chancellor | The leader for College, handling discipline and order within college students, also managing the College sport teams which whom we call the Spartans! They hold importance as they’re the final say of everything that holds in the College grounds. |
Dean | Second leader of College, possessing powers as identical or similar to Chancellor, as such maintaining discipline and order, manager of the sport teams, and the second to report extreme cases of conflict to the Chancellor They have the final say in special cases of the Chancellor’s unavailability. |
Faculty (School Staff)
Teachers & Professors | They’re the first teamwork on a council’s side as their first priority is to manage students’ education and general control within students. Council and Educators hold a mutual aid to each other as they handle chaotic conflict within troubling students and overall slapping firm control in a classroom. |
Caretakers & Librarians | Caretakers are the hall managements and responsible for inspecting any troubles around the school to maintain order. Librarians, however, are library management, they handle book service, while also inspect and maintain control but only within a library, of course they can manage discipline outside of it, however, they hold more power in a library. Both hold an importance for their surveillance camera access and serve councils as shield to injustice or false suspicions among students or themselves. |
Receptionists | Receptionists hold service to guide students from any possible confusions in the school grounds. Their importance is in place for their power in the intercom to call troubled students to handle conflict and identical to Caretakers and Librarians, their access to surveillance cameras, also holding as shield and guidance for Councilors. |
Nurses | They’re the literal aid for the students’ wellbeing as they have basic medical aid kits to treat simple injuries. They can be important as they hold out a hand whenever a Council encounters a fight that occurs injuries, finding an injured student or to aid themselves. |
School Council Team
President | Leader/s of all Councils, they maintain order and inspect control over the council’s state of management as they also can arrange meetings to resolve conflicts, discuss important topics for their working environment and events. They’re separated into two distinctive groups, Highschool & College, despite being separated into two, their requirements are about identical hence the title of “Teamwork”. Their importance holds to a council as they possess higher authority than any ordinary council, overall having the final say in the Council Team. |
Vice President | They hold the leader title as well since their level of authority are about similar, they sort of work as a sidekick to the leader itself, one to take place when the President isn’t up to place They hold important as they can be a cushion to desperate cases within councils while the President isn’t in immediate sight, potentially having the final say as a passed message from the President. |
Training Committee | They’re the immediate service for new members of Council as their requirements are to introduce the functions and rules to said members and display how their power works when it comes to managing ordinary students. |
Council | They’re the cement of not only the Council Team but potentially the students themselves along with other school staff. They inspect order and discipline, an extra cushion for the school for when there’s trouble or any extreme conflict among students. Their shields are two-sided meaning they can serve protection to staff as well serve it to students. |

IC Scenarios
While students gather for a school assembly, one student behaves disruptively, causing a disturbance. How would you manage the situation to restore order effectively while minimizing any additional disruptions to the assembly?
Yurii would rise a brow as if she already dealt with disruptive people herself. “Unfortunately, there’s always a nasty nut in the cookie, however, it is manageable to resolve it as I would give out stern yet calm enough warnings that will come along of the consequences of their… Poor choices, like baseball! Three strikes! Or more so… Three warnings are what they’ll get before they dare to test the limits of school grounds.” Her voice gradually growing lower as she speaks, almost like she sounds serious yet angry? “Beyond such provocation will result them into detention as well getting kicked out of the assembly altogether.” Her voice now heightening up into a gentle tone “Like how I implied! Remove the nut from the cookie!” She ended with a smile.
A student refuses to take their mask off after you’ve brought up detention and they’ve run away! What do you do?
Yurii rolled her eyes with a smile, clicking her tongue “Of course there’s one of those…” She muttered “You can’t exactly convince such troublemakers, words are often useless, therefore they can mess around for all they THINK.. they can do while we focus on investigating strategies to catch the individual through recognizable features they happened to appear with, surveillance cameras will be great help as well as it’ll hint us where they’ve run into, their worst mistake is thinking their mask would hide it all meanwhile is the one thing that stands out to most students!” She chuckled before clearing her throat “We’ll most likely keep guard in many separate stations of the building and hopes one of us can catch the individual OR.. we’d use the sweet help of an intercom to lure them to us, first option is just last resort after all we’ll be entitled to send them to detention IF not report for suspension in case they done further damage than just running away!” She planted her hands into a clasp on the table, keeping a proper posture.
A teacher observes concerning behavior from a student, including the creation of disturbing artwork and verbal threats toward peers. How would you collaborate with the teacher to evaluate the situation and intervene appropriately to address potential safety concerns?
Yurii’s head would tilt slightly to the side, looking down at the table as if mapping out the scenario. “We’re simply the sidekicks of our teachers. She’d look up whilst keeping her head low “And as soon we have knowing looks, we’d do our following roles, the teacher could subtly lead me to the disruptive student while keeping the class focused and in order while I address to the student the rules of a classroom with a stern warning that they can be kicked out and put into detention for their unruly actions, if up to no avail I’d report to the teacher to kick out the said student while a detention slip will be handed out.
A group of students asks for your permission to stage a protest on school grounds. Would you allow them to protest? If so, how do you ensure that the protest does not disrupt the school environment while upholding their freedom of expression?
Yurii’s lips would form into a line, whew! Tricky question we’re asking here huh? Her brows would furrow, digging deep into logical thought “I’d hand them a simple and short questionnaire about their reasoning to protest, not out of distrust but for their own safety and others, whilst they have a chance to explain each of their story, I’d keep note of it while keeping clear about the rules to NOT provoke any extreme action upon this protest or else it’ll be cancelled on the spot, and I’d potentially report the council team about such event happening, we never know what’s beneath their words after all! She would let out a huff of a chuckle “Anyway, once the protesting event is approved, we’d keep close inspection on it to unsure… no emotional fighting happens here, we avoid that at all costs.
A teacher/receptionist has told you that you are doing something that goes against what you were trained by your higher-ups. How would you react to this?
Yurii blew a big puff of air followed by a chuckle “Ohhh.. boy.. Such scenario can be spontaneous, don’t tell me there wouldn’t be an adult out there with personal distain upon my presence..” She’d close her eyes into focus before keeping eye contact “Either way, I’d keep a neutral reaction that wouldn’t provoke any arguments but wouldn’t show vulnerability either, I’d give them a chance of criticism and what my actions could be affecting them and the school, and what I can improve on based on their knowledge in council and general management, if it’s reasonable enough with good arguments and points, I’d give out a respectful bow and a sincere apology to them while I out of my way to put my mistakes into thought, if it’s straight up hate, I’d question more information out of them to later report to my higher up, I’d make up a short apology, after all we’re here to maintain control, not provoke conflict, then walk away to sort out the issue.
Please provide at least one detailed event that the council can use as a future event to showcase your creativity! (Must be 300 words or more for one event):
Christmas Delight
“Why must Halloween be the only holiday for such a sweet delight? Let Christmas shine brighter than Christmas trees as well with Christmas Delight!”
Christmas Delight is an event that works similar to a show-off, however, many hobbies, many passions can be displayed as a way to make students genuinely proud of their talents and passions, a way of gratitude and compassion, a day where judgements shall not exist in their consciousness and finally let it loose as well find common connections on what they see in front of their eyes making the same awe effect when we see bright Christmas lights.
School Clubs can be great help to organize and separate each compassion into cabins to sell their products and even stages across the auditorium or rooftop below the shiny stars with bright decorative Christmas lights to give the students a chance to shine brighter than ever, and you can name it all! Singing, Fashion, Photography, Art, Performance, Poetry, etc. Everything will be shown by your voluntary act! As people can watch your talents unravel to their delights.
Games
Games, however, can be chosen with options such as Candy Cane Hunt, where someone dressed as a candy cane escapes around the area, first to catch can earn a sweet reward of candies and a picture with the candy cane mascot to keep wholesome Christmas memories with friends!
Santa Bomb, where someone with Santa hat must chase the next victim to be the bomb with a limited time of 3 minutes till the bomb “explodes” and eliminates the player, last to stand wins a photo with the Santa hat worn on them as their memory of victory.
Games Aside, a small box of notes can be displayed so students can write sentimental notes to their loved ones, it can be family, friends or even lovers which can be given to them as a gift.
Personal Information
IC Section
Name:
“Yurii, Yurii Akiyama Togomi.”
Gender:
“I’m a woman, female if we’re more scientific.”
Age:
“I’m 18 years old”
Phone number:
“My number’s 030-165-0592, up to your service!”
How would you describe your personality?:
Yurii stared.. Putting into thought about her genuine personality as her brows furrowed “Definitely… Kind. I’m one to give out a hand with little to no conditions, regardless of who one can be, yet assertive, I do not let anyone mess with me so as long you haven’t hurt me or my friends.” Her brow rose as she seemed to give a subtle warning, she does not joke about her friends’ safety “You can have my simple respect and will hold a hand out for you.” Her expression softened to a gentle look, her eyes full of genuine kindness “I’m one to be there on your side and help you on whatever you want to achieve, compassion is important in my principle yet.” She blinked into a serious look, not mean but stern, she meant everything. “I’m realistic with things, I do not accept delusions or unrealistic perceptions, I will remind where you stand in, in case someone dares to defy their place, I’m not a pushover and I’ll make sure you know it too. However, you’ll be treated like a human, I hold no judgement, I hold no grudges, it’s useless for my energy, I prefer to preserve it even if it means no longer being mad at someone, life changes and so do we, inevitably, and I stick to a belief that things are not forever. Either way. Some may say that I’m…” In her pause, her lips formed a faint smile, remembering her loved ones “Motherly, I serve as a mother figure to those who may seek respect and love while no one seems to give a crumb of it and I only require you to respect me back. Mutuality is what makes things work in a friendship, nothing more, nothing less.”

What separates you from other applicants seeking your position?:
Yurii looked up for a split second, this sure took a lot of reflection. “Despite many common grounds that I may hold by many applicants, what can separate me genuinely is by two facts about myself, I often observe a lot of bias among friends, sure they can get punishment for such mistakes but awfully minimal cause they’re beloved to them, I stand by reason and logic in such case first of all, once I see someone making a mistake, friend or not, I’ll give the respective punishment they done upon themselves, just because I happen to be your friend, does not mean I’ll cushion your mistakes, we’re all human that need learning and it seems almost cruel that friends do not give lessons of consequence to learn, that’s like spoiling a child, self respect starts with you, no one else. Secondly, my emotional/personal opinion does not hold in my position of being a council. Student is a student, they deserve the right to be guided as much as the other one. It should not matter if it’s an enemy of mine, if they need help, I’ll provide it, even if it means leading another council to help them. Yurii gave a nod as to finish her lecture.
Why do you want this position?:
“Council stands heavily in management and justice among students as well providing guidance and protection which goes perfectly to my principles of being a person. Accessing such power will surely help me express my beliefs and way of my own being while creating a relatively positive impact among the school grounds, which is what I often fight for generally, positive impacts.”
What interests you the most about student council?:
Yurii gave a confusing smile, not that she was confused by everything but by her own irony “Ironically, Teamwork is what interests me most, despite giving the impression that I’d fight for justice and all, I love teamwork, I like what people have to say and how they think it should be done in a collective manner, mutuality is the most satisfying trait someone can have, knowing councils are actively functional by that, it’s surely something that charms me into a delight and satisfaction.”
What could you contribute to make the school a safe and fun environment?:
Yurii tapped her finger to the table as she gave a simple shrug “I’d do everything in my own power and what Council can give me to keep the school safe and fun, I’m quite the prankster myself and I like to joke around without being the Mrs. or Mr. serious robot that we sometimes call…” She whispered “Older faculties.. shhh…” She gave a soft chuckle at her own lighthearted joke “Sure.. I can give off some vibes of a mean fashionable woman and I’d kill them if they looked in my direction but really I’m a soft ball! I like to get along with people and make new friends therefore I sure hope students can have a sense of happiness when I’m around, if not a sense of safety at the very least knowing there’s someone who’ll listen to their side of stories without judgements or any bias.”
