This tape is based around the events that took place on the date 22/11/25. This day is when the former mayor, Ami Akai, was stabbed by Ryu von Moltke Grimes. This attack sent shockwaves through Karakura as citizens worried another purge was imminent from the events that took place, but unfortunately, the government was taken over by the deputy mayor. Her speech was regarded by civilians as a tad useless due to their severe lack of support for her friendly nature.​
