Why are Teachers so important to SchoolRP?:
Well, they're a huge part of the foundation of the server! With the name 'SchoolRP', Karakura has a heavy emphasis on importance towards. . . school roleplay, LOL. Teacher's play such an influential part into everyone's start, middle, and even end of their character's lifetime. Some of the people that role-players might meet for their first time on the server, would most likely be a teacher! In class, at school, maybe even walking around. Teachers set a standard for the server. Showing off just how fun, kind, or interactive the people of SRP can be.

Ezekiel Bautista is a transfer worker filling in for the national teacher shortage that across the world! Standing at a height of 5'2", this cheery and confident man walks around with a kind look about him. Winding waves in his dark brown hair, his tanned complexion glowing off the sunlight, Ezekiel has an exciting aura where ever he walked. Ezekiel has no real plans for the future; he’s a man who enjoys the present and faces the future when it arrives. Though he does have an idea of possibly returning to the Philippines to open a daycare or elementary school for kids to attend. Continuing his ever-giving nature even after he may leave fully one day.
What is your character's outlook on students and co-workers?:
Ezekiel has very fond outlook on students. As a previous teacher in the Philippines, his time with his students have always left a gentle rhythm in his heartbeat. Maybe it's the joy he finds in leading the youth, or the paternal instinct's of a man who wishes to care for all, but Ezekiel always finds himself ready to reach out and aid all students who need him.
He’s always felt a sincere bond between him and his fellow faculty, sometimes viewing them as their own family. All educators with the intent to strive for the younger generation to a brighter future are people Ezekiel finds astonishing, inspiring, and deserving of respect.
What is your character's motivation for teaching?:
Ezekiel Bautista was always taught by his mother about the strong value of respect and kindness. The two things in life that hold a high importance within the living world, especially to those in the Philippines. He’d grown up around a wide range of people alike, different ages, different personalities, different values, but some people who influenced him the most were his teachers. They brought out a sort of confidence within him, a support that he cherished and never forgot. It influenced him so much that he wanted nothing more than to give others that feeling of unyielding support. It’s been his dream to become a supportive role model to those just like him. Hopefully, igniting another light in a student’s life, letting himself be the supportive and guiding figure that someone could look up to, soon.

Ezekiel continued walking around the class, remaining at the front as his eyes glazed across the students who continued their works at the counters. His ears would perk up at the sound of one of the students asking questions towards their classmate, his head tilting over to glance at him. It seemed fine at first, but one question turned to another and another and another. He’d quickly walk over, attending to the students needs!
“Hey there!" He'd chirp, a gentle smile laying on his face, "Everything alright? I understand things might not make sense or seem confusing, so if things take a bit to click, I'm more than happy to help you out!”
He'd flash another smile, awaiting the student's response!
A student is continuously being disruptive in class, talking out of turn, and making jokes with classmates. What would your character do?:
Ezekiel usually had his patience when it came to problems and conflicts between students within his class but interruptions and distractions were where he crosses the line. He’d call them out the student, giving them a warning.
“Look bud, I understand that sometimes classes can be tedious, but please don’t interrupt it all for the others who wish to listen and learn. . . If this continues, you'll be seeing yourself out very soon.”
He’d turn his back, continuing on with the lesson plan and class. He’d occasionally look over to scan the student, looking for facial clues that would reveal their intent. Whether they’d be trolling or just outright making a fuss, Ezekiel would deal with them accordingly. If the student was there to mess around and waste time, Ezekiel wouldn’t be afraid to threaten to kick them out of class. Doing so if it came down to it.

Making a Savory Meal!
As the students lined in and stood at their station, Ezekiel would start the class with a question!
"Who here often forgets about breakfast? What about lunch? Dinner?"
After listening to each students response, he'd quickly then introduce his own experiences with missing meals. Sometimes it's take too long, or maybe take too much effort. . . That's why he'd introduce the easy meal, the Bacon and Egg Sandwich! A filling sandwich that takes only a few minutes and is great to take on the go.
The first step? WASHING YOUR HANDS! Then after, taking caution in the work, prepping the ingredients and watching the students cook up their sandwiches. He'd demonstrate each step in the beginning, then let everyone work off of free range. Adding the idea that anyone can add any extra ingredients that they see on the tables in front of them! (DetailRP!!!) Then the class would end as every finished their creations, Ezekiel walking around to taste EACH ONE!
A Sweet Treat!
It'll be a general repeat! A classy little quip about food, then leading into making food after! Maybe throw in some history or fun facts about the food presented! In this certain scenario, Ezekiel would work about making a sweet item rather than a savory one! A CAKE! After WASHING YOUR HANDS, Ezekiel world demonstrate making a cake at the front of the class. Then letting the students start with their own works once again. Letting them have free range of their own cakes! (DetailRP x2!!)
