Estate Agent update (adding address to the location notes)

What's your Minecraft Username?: OtakuDemo
What's the title of your suggestion?: Estate Agent update (adding address to the location notes)

What's your suggestion?:
I’m not really sure if this is even possible, but what if the estate agent also gave you the address of apartments/penthouses/houses on the market?

So basically it would say the coordinates like it always does, but it would also say “complex K, room 305” as an example.

How will this benefit the server and community?:
This will give the player an idea of what type of apartments that are being listed besides just “penthouse” and “apartment”. This also allows players who are looking for a home to have a faster way of locating and ****yzing what is actually being sold. I decided to suggest this after my struggle of using the estate agent efficiently. I ended up resorting to the classic “run around each complex method” which just takes a lot of time.

This sounds like a pretty neat idea, though I have some concerns I'd like to point out. As a disclaimer I'm not a dev and what I'm about to say could very well be wrong, but it's something I'd like to bring up to make sure this suggestion is feasible ^^

Depending on how property regions are handled, it might not be as easy as it sounds at first. As I'm guessing, properties are defined by a single ID without spaces. If this is the case, the dev team could use either of these options:
  • Interpret the existing housing IDs and translate them into a "legible" addresses
    • For example, if a property ID is "block_k_123", the server can easily translate it to "Block K: 123"
    • However, if it's something different like "housing123", it might be more difficult for the server to understand how it's meant to translate it.
  • Alternatively, regions could have a custom flag that stores the name of the unclaimed property.
    • This way, regardless of the property's id, staff could just rename the housing region's display name as they please
    • The only inconvenient I see with this is that staff would have to go through each and every single property region on the server and add this custom flag. That would take quite some time if done manually
Overall, the suggestion sounds feasible. However, if my concerns above are true, staff would need to balance out its priority depending on how long they'd take to implement it

This is literally what a QoL suggestion is. Knowing the Complex is a massive help for people using the NPC (like me, who really doesn't need it, but likes to see what's available in the house market, cause I'm a nerd)
