Why are Teachers so important to SchoolRP?:
Teachers are a big part of what makes a Minecraft SchoolRP server work. They help turn the server from just a school build into a living, active roleplay experience. By hosting classes, setting schedules, and interacting with students, teachers give players a reason to log on and stay engaged. Their lessons and activities create structure, so the server doesn’t feel random or disorganized.

Teachers also help guide students in roleplay, especially new players who may not understand the rules or how SchoolRP works. They encourage players to stay in character, follow the server’s guidelines, and participate in the story. In roleplay, teachers can be strict, kind, funny, or mysterious, which adds personality and depth to the server.

Without teachers, SchoolRP would feel empty and unrealistic, with students just wandering around. With teachers, the server feels like a real school where friendships form, conflicts happen, events take place, and stories slowly develop over time. Teachers help keep the roleplay active, fair, and fun for everyone, making them essential to the success of a SchoolRP server.

Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you may lose your role?: Yes

Roleplay Scenarios

A student in class is struggling to understand the content, what would your character do?:
If a student in class is struggling to understand the content, he stays calm and patient, taking the time to explain the material in a different way. He offers extra help, answers their questions, and makes sure they feel supported rather than embarrassed. He also encourages them, showing that it’s okay to make mistakes and that learning takes time. His goal is to help the student gain confidence and understand the lesson.

A student is continuously being disruptive in class, talking out of turn, and making jokes with classmates. What would your character do?:
If a student is being disruptive, he addresses the behavior calmly and firmly. He reminds the student of the rules and explains why their behavior is affecting the class. He gives them a chance to correct themselves, but maintains control of the classroom to ensure everyone can focus. If the behavior continues, he follows appropriate consequences while staying fair and professional, making sure the student understands the importance of respect in class.

Provide at least 2 interactive class ideas related to your preferred subject:
Basketball Lesson:
“Good morning, everyone! Please get in your seats so we can start. Today, we’re going to learn about basketball. First, we’ll talk about the positions: point guard, shooting guard, small forward, power forward, and center. I’ll explain what each position does and why teamwork is important. We’ll also discuss key skills like dribbling, passing, and shooting, and why they matter in a game. Once everyone understands, we’ll head outside to the basketball court and put what we learned into practice with a short game, focusing on positions, teamwork, and passing.”

Dodgeball Lesson:
“Hi everyone! Please get in your seats so we can start. Today’s lesson is dodgeball. I’ll explain the rules and go over the positions: throwers, catchers, and dodgers. We’ll also talk about strategies like dodging, aiming, and working together as a team. After we’ve discussed everything, we’ll go outside to play a full game. While playing, remember to use the strategies we talked about and communicate with your teammates.”
