Having a place on forums to request build team to build you a backyard! Owned houses with large backyards deserve love too. >.<

As you may already know, houses with large backyards cannot be built on. So..
1. Forums: Give us a system on there like for housing requests.. IGN, Coords, Reference Pics. That way, a build team member (who is familiar with that SRP builds should be like) can take over.
2. Team Houses + 'Special' Owned Houses: Team houses and (for example) the Haydari Residence (house 201) has special build access to the backyard. It looks STUNNING.
3. Preference: For houses with large backyards, the house itself is smaller. People build inside but barely hangout in the backyard due to it being so baron and basic overall. Having some level of build team's customization can help people expand their residence into something to be proud of.

How will this benefit the server and community?:
It gives houses personality! People pay 250k for a property and barely use the backyard, it's quite sad.
1. Realism - Building was removed in order to give backyard realism. Having staff do it allows the problem to VANISH.
2. Roleplay Opportunities - More space to feel comfortable in, and it's private property too!
3. Options - Instead of a table and a pool, people can request gardens, gazebos, and more!
4. Mansions - Build team gets to build requests for mansions, so why not make it a smaller scale and let build team take over backyards too?

Whilst I've seen similar suggestions (for newer block apartment balconies) get rejected, houses feel like they should be a different case. While I understand the unrealistic, eyesores that some apartments balconies have been, I believe that due to the very high difference in rent (on average 50k vs 250k) this should be something to consider.

Though, I also understand the build team can be very busy, so I'd also like to add on it being a paid feature (yen, perhaps around a months worth of the properties rent?) to compensate the builders for their time/effort for a custom backyard.

Another addition to this idea could perhaps be a pre-approved, designed selection of a few different backyard features, such as the mentioned gardens, gazebos, pool, table, chairs etc. That way, it can remain consistent across properties, and simply be replicated/edited in instead of hand-built as to conserve builders time.

I got commissioned to decorate a house, and the backyard was pretty big... and I couldn't do a thing with it... it was all cobblestone!!
I like having a team member do it since they like, are experienced with the SRP style!! <3

However I do wonder what the difference is between a garden and a balcony? It's been brought up countless times before that people would love to bring back balcony building. When we compare the two, a garden is to a house what a balcony is to a flat/penthouse.

Regardless, I imagine the pro's and cons being pretty much the same on both issues and I understand it might be quite the tedious/time consuming job to "open up" blocked areas for building again.

Sounds promising! Though, I'm not quite sure how the staff and dev teams would implement and monitor this change.

For this to work, builders would need to be given access to bypassing housing restrictions. However, this would mean that they could now build on any housing property they want, which is definitely a risky permission to give away. But then again, creative requests do exist, so it's not too far-fetched to give builders a more "controlled" version of editmode.

Regardless, I'd like to hear builders out on what they think about this idea ^^
