I am an extremely resilient member of the SchoolRP community. If I had to rate my activity from an inactive 1 to an extremely active 10, I believe I stand at a strong 8/10. I am online every single day, commonly contributing for various hours at a time.
During these sessions, I love taking part in anything from minimal to larger roleplay scenarios with a plethora of unique people. Overall, I believe my activity on the server along with roleplay is sturdy, and I do not plan to disrupt this pace.
What is your motivation for applying?:
My motivation for applying thoroughly stands with my full overall dedication and relation to the KPD faction on the server. Over the years of playing SchoolRP, I commonly found myself focusing on crimialRP and gangRP. Previously contributing with my lost Minecraft account, Oeighttwo, I had collected an immense amount of combat experience. I have had the thought of instead supporting the law for a long while now, and I believe my extensive opposing knowledge of this faction will assist me immensely in the field.
During my time on the server, I have seen Karakura police officers and members complete tasks toward their jobs on various accounts. Each time I further indulge in their actions, standing inspired and especially impressed with how officers and detectives keep our town safe. One affecting moment which was one stem in inspiring me toward applying was a personal experience with a KPD situation. The situation that occurred involved the arrest of a player who constantly harassed my character.
This moment was when i clearly noticed the professionalism towards this situation and many more, which truly showcased the officers' skills and courage in the department. Overall, these circumstances motivated me to introduce a further enhanced, more mature role for roleplay on the server, leading to the creation of this application.
Another thing I would enjoy doing is developing a new character, I feel like this spot fits my new character that I have made perfectly. Aleksandr is a combination of many ideas I've had for characters and he is all of them put together.
What knowledge do you have of Police Work?
My knowledge of police work stands from a common viewpoint of citizens, either witnessed or heard from other players. I believe I do accompany multiple pointers for activities of officers and detectives. Though there are many protocols the work includes, one i am aware of is utilising codes in order to communicate various situations, for example to request backup.

Why is Police important to SchoolRP?
Police play an immense role in SchoolRP, creating a perfect balance of opposition to the common crime that occurs. KPD essentially keeps order on the server, shielding and assisting those who cannot protect themselves and putting their lives at risk when needed. Though even without action, officers keep and sort valuable assets of work at their desks and keep tabs on specific players. Overall, contributing to enforce laws on the townspeople and asserting order on all offenders alike, as well as being a present role in many events of SchoolRP. They also set an example to other roleplayers on the server on how a police station and it's officers should act. Officers also help to make the world of Karakura more lively and realistic, helping to build immersion.

His broad shoulders and imposing height, though there was nothing aggressive about the way he held himself, only structured and steady.
His deep emerald-green eyes were calculating, not constantly watching people with suspicion. Noticing things naturally rarely did his expression change dramatically, maintaining a composed and somewhat unreadable look most of the time. Aleksandr's steps were unhurried, heavy boots striking the floor with an eerie rhythm through the town. The hardest teamwork task for Alek's yet in his life is his marriage with Sakura Novakov, calling the marriage bumpy is not saying enough.
Aleksandr is shy by nature but is the kind who loves to seek social interaction's so the idea of having co-workers excites him and scares him at the same time. Back in Moscow Alek's used to work in a small coffee shop where constant teamwork with otther co-workers was needed. Even though it was scary for him he got along with his co-workers rather well, thanks to his friendly demeanour. It helped shape his perspective on teamwork and co-workers, seeing them as potential allies in everyday deeds. For Alek's its better to try to work together with co-workers rather than work against them.

Alek's and Sakura continued talking ever since that encounter, going on dates, vacations before moving in together.

The reasoning for this is that a weapon such as even a small pocket knife in the wrong hands can cause a great deal of harm and risk to citizens. Any person carrying a pocket knife should have the knife confiscated along with an immediate arrest.

To name a few Paracetamol for headaches, a wooden walking stick for those who have trouble walking, an eye bandage to protect and treat a damaged eye, melatonin to help those who have trouble sleeping, and glasses for people who have problems with eyesight. These are just a fewitems that don’t require any prescription from the hospital whatsoever.

This situation between a co-worker and an inmate is a serious matter, where immediate action is required. Utilising swift motions Alek would attempt to acquire any source of proof confirming this abuse, such as a picture or video of this heinous act. Once collected, he would approach, attempting to communicate, in order to seperate the officers away from the inmate. If successful, calling an EMS worker for a checkup on the prisoner attacked for wounds or any health issues that could be a suffering danger. Afterwards, Alek would personally accompany a conversation including a higher up, speaking about this event. Showcasing any proof located on a security camera, and or his own personal captures he would report the co-workers involved. He believes that displaying this situation and bringing evidence to a skilful higher up can lead to a smoother situation. The best act being to aid the whole of KPD and keep the area a safe environment for all, including prisoners alike.
What should you do if you see your co-worker being assaulted?
If alek were to witness a co-worker being actively assaulted his thought process would be collected and his actions swift. For any common person, dealing with this intense situation might seem overwhelming and shocking. Though, this is exactly where recalling information from previous officer training comes into play. If this were a scene involving only a very small group of assaulters then he would rush in. Alek would keep a strong balance approaching with authority and confidence, attempting to break up the assault and assist his co-worker against the aggressor(s). On the other hand, if this situation stood more severe with a larger group, clearly too many for only two officers to handle, he would immediately call for backup. Alek would not hesitate a second, efficiently radioing their location. Only after, giving an extremely brief explanation of the occurrence at hand, estimate of how many attackers and if applicable, which weaponry they possess. Once backup or high-ups are notified, a call to an EMS worker straight to the site to be able to provide any first aid needed to the injured.
What do you do if you find out that your co-worker is corrupt and is helping criminal organizations?
Now this is a very serious crime for a KPD officer to commit, and it is important to make sure that if a co-worker is helping a criminal organization, my information about the situation is correct. Because of that, I would want to gather proper proof before making any accusations. Things like videos, screenshots, CCTV footage, or other clear evidence could help show what is actually happening.
Once there is enough proof, the best step would be to report it to someone with more authority, such as a commissioner or another senior officer who is responsible for handling situations like this. They have more experience and the proper power to investigate and take action if needed. By explaining everything clearly and providing the evidence, it allows the situation to be handled in the right and fair way. It is much better to let the proper authorities deal with it than to try to handle the matter personally or force an outcome without the right process.
How would you react to a criminal trying to bribe you?
Any bribe towards Alek, especially one from a criminal would never catch him off guard, remaining professional and there for his duty. It is seemingly common for bribery to come into scenes after a mention of a potential punishment or sentence. Though as every officer should, any of these bribes would always be immediately dismissed and reported without hesitation. If this act of bribery continued, Alek would offer a warning and boundary would be set in place communicated to the offender. Along with this he would give a strict and very clear mention of the result of bribing an officer or member alike. Which currently stands as a punishment of a 25,000 yen fine on top of their situation.

What should you do if you see your co-worker being assaulted?
If alek were to witness a co-worker being actively assaulted his thought process would be collected and his actions swift. For any common person, dealing with this intense situation might seem overwhelming and shocking. Though, this is exactly where recalling information from previous officer training comes into play. If this were a scene involving only a very small group of assaulters then he would rush in. Alek would keep a strong balance approaching with authority and confidence, attempting to break up the assault and assist his co-worker against the aggressor(s). On the other hand, if this situation stood more severe with a larger group, clearly too many for only two officers to handle, he would immediately call for backup. Alek would not hesitate a second, efficiently radioing their location. Only after, giving an extremely brief explanation of the occurrence at hand, estimate of how many attackers and if applicable, which weaponry they possess. Once backup or high-ups are notified, a call to an EMS worker straight to the site to be able to provide any first aid needed to the injured.
What do you do if you find out that your co-worker is corrupt and is helping criminal organizations?
Now this is a very serious crime for a KPD officer to commit, and it is important to make sure that if a co-worker is helping a criminal organization, my information about the situation is correct. Because of that, I would want to gather proper proof before making any accusations. Things like videos, screenshots, CCTV footage, or other clear evidence could help show what is actually happening.
Once there is enough proof, the best step would be to report it to someone with more authority, such as a commissioner or another senior officer who is responsible for handling situations like this. They have more experience and the proper power to investigate and take action if needed. By explaining everything clearly and providing the evidence, it allows the situation to be handled in the right and fair way. It is much better to let the proper authorities deal with it than to try to handle the matter personally or force an outcome without the right process.
How would you react to a criminal trying to bribe you?
Any bribe towards Alek, especially one from a criminal would never catch him off guard, remaining professional and there for his duty. It is seemingly common for bribery to come into scenes after a mention of a potential punishment or sentence. Though as every officer should, any of these bribes would always be immediately dismissed and reported without hesitation. If this act of bribery continued, Alek would offer a warning and boundary would be set in place communicated to the offender. Along with this he would give a strict and very clear mention of the result of bribing an officer or member alike. Which currently stands as a punishment of a 25,000 yen fine on top of their situation.
