What experiences do you have with roleplay?
I have years of experience, and I grew up watching Minecraft roleplays from Aphamu and Samgladiater specifically. I joined SRP back in 2021, and it has been a beautiful place where I've made friends and had amazing roleplays. I have been in multiple things that have provided me with a more detailed roleplay experience. These things include: Multiple gangs, currently in a delinquent gang that focuses mainly on P2L and detailed rolling, I was on the track team a couple of years ago, and I usually end up going to the classes that are more detail-oriented than the ones not, I finally was part of the EMS internship that happened recently. These experiences and my oocly major help me to be a better roleplayer.

What is your motivation for applying?
Well, ever since I joined SRP, I looked up to EMS. It always seemed like a place that I would love to be in. I recently applied a couple of months ago, and I told myself that if applications opened up again, I would apply again because I am serious about joining. EMS plays such a crucial role within SRP; it's the foundation of everything, and I want to be part of that.
Which role are you applying for?
Doctor!

What knowledge do you have of the roles within the Hospital Faction?:
Doctor!
The doctors are the ones you would go to for a cold or a broken bone. They handle the physical aspects of medical care, along with surgeries and recovery care.
Paramedic!
Paramedics are the ones who work with KPD, going to the patient if the patient cannot reach the hospital on their own. You can also only be a paramedic after being a doctor/psychiatrist for some time.
Psychiatrist!
The psychiatrists are the ones who handle what's going on inside a patient's brain, mental, and emotional health. They can help people process their emotions through solo therapy, couples therapy, or group therapy.
Do you acknowledge that if training is held whilst you are online, you are expected to attend or you will be punished? Yes.

SECTION 1: PERSONAL DETAILS

Character’s Full Name:

Calla-Lily made her way into the room, double checking that this was indeed the correct room. Once she had concluded that it was the correct room she walked in, standing tall and confident. She walked to the chair that figuratively had her name on and it politely shook the director's hand before sitting down in the chair. "Hello, I hope you've been having a wonderful day! I'm Calla-Lily Fontaine, it's lovely to meet you."

Character’s Gender and Pronouns:
She gave a smile as she nodded. "My gender is female, and I go by she/her pronouns!"

Character’s Age (if accepted):
Calla-Lily gave an awkward chuckle. "Wow, getting down to the uncomfortable questions already? I just turned 26, young, I know." She placed bit the inside of her lip as she waited for the next question.

Character’s Academic Background:
She nodded, replying calmly. "I spent my early years in France, where I was born, and then when I reached primary school years, we moved to Germany. When I was about 17, I moved to Karakura. I spent until I was 19 here, getting into the local college. I did move to Spain for four years to finish my Bachelor's degree." She paused, wondering if she was talking too much. Calla took a deep breath, then continued. "I then came back to Karakura for about a year, even doing an internship at this very hospital! I then moved back to Spain to get my Doctorate in orthopedics I am freshly graduated aswell so this would be my first hospital job." She beamed, proud of her accomplishments and how far she'd come.

Character’s Nationality:
She smiled. "As I stated in my previous answer, I grew up in both France and Germany!"

Character’s Marital Status:
Calla chuckled a bit. "I am unfortunately on the market."

Character’s Religious Denomination:
"I was raised to be a catholic christian." She continued biting the inside of her lip.

Character’s Spoken Languages:
She smiled at her ability with languages. "I speak French, German, and Spanish."

Character Backstory (Optional):
She took a deep breath, this was still a hard thing for her to talk about. "I was born in France, lived there until I was 11, my mother. . got bone cancer, and we moved to Germany for better treatment. My. . mom fought for years, while my dad drank to cope with his wife dying. When I was 15, my dad died from liver failure, and then when I was 16, my mom died from cancer. As my mom took her last breaths, she handed me a piece of paper, it was a plane ticket to here. I was shipped off to Karakura, getting into a lot of trouble, getting involved with gangs and illegal activities."

She took a breath. "I was so angry. After a year, I left the life and joined the college track team, but I only stayed for a couple of months. I decided that it wasn't my crowd. Then, people from my past life came back to haunt me, so I fled to Spain to continue school. Once I decided it was safe, I ventured back to Karakura to spend a year and intern at the hospital. After finishing that internship I went back to Spain to finish my degrees. Then, the day after I graduated, I got on a flight back here because after my internship I knew this is the job I wanted to work at." She smiled, happy with how far she has come.

SECTION 2: MEDICAL HISTORY
What is your character’s medical specialty? Why did they choose this focus?

Calla's mother got bone cancer when Calla was young, so they were in and out of hospitals, and as she used to be involved in a lot of trouble, and at one point she was in track, she saw people who got their bones broken a LOT. She would like to focus on orthopedics. She finds bones and joints very interesting; they work in ways different from muscles, and pursuing that field would let her explore these differences more. She's seen her friends go into hospitals and come out as a different person; she wants to be able to help people land on their feet after a traumatic hospital visit.
Does your character have any work experience in medical positions?
She was required to learn some first aid through being in constant trouble, which also helped her in track. She also got accepted into the internship at the hospital, which taught her a lot.
SECTION 3: CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE
Describe your character; how do they look, what makes them unique? How would they be perceived by others?

The young female in front of you stood at a height of 6'0, with her tall torso, and she had a surprisingly straight posture. If you kept looking at her, you'd notice multiple kinds of scars across her curvy, lightly freckled body. When you looked back up to her face, the first thing you'd notice was the heterochromia in her eyes, making one blue and the other green. The next thing would be how calm her face always seemed to be.
How does your character act around the hospital?
When Calla-Lily was at the hospital and not with a patient, she would be standing at the front, waiting for the next person to walk through the hospital doors with a smile. When Calla was with a patient, on the other hand, she would be attentive and calm, making sure the patient was calm before assessing the damage. She didn't want to make things worse by stressing out the patient. Once the patient was calm, Calla would carefully consider the patient's concerns and treat them as needed.
Does your character function better on their own or with others?
Calla, if given the choice, would choose time and time again to work on her own. She was a control freak afterall, she needed things to be done her own way. If the situation called for it, however, she would reluctantly work with others, trying her best not to take complete control over the situation.

DENIED
Firstly, thank you for applying to the Hospital Faction, and we appreciate your interest. However, after discussing your application with the higher-ups, we have unfortunately decided to deny your application this time around as we feel other applications stood out more.

Nonetheless, we encourage you to keep an eye on the Karakura Emergency #announcements channel for future application waves, and to re-apply at a later date if you're still interested.
