I started watching SRP via a friend and quickly followed in late 2024 to 2025 til now!
Roleplay started easy and quick for me as I was constantly learning new things and ways to describe things or myself at that. I've had many forms of roleplay over the months, Coming down to a halting GangRP as the favorite. I stuck to gangs instead of bouncing, always working on loyalty and fear of repercussions if my character left. FamilyRP was another favorite of mine. At this time, I have work and a few more responsibilities I follow. Despite them, I find places and spots where I can play and roleplay with the community. I cherish my time in EMS and would like to expand it more in the EMS faction. I often play and maintain my EMS character over any other I've wielded so far and certainly don’t plan on stopping full time.
Instead working on balancing it out with other characters I play, being my school characters.
Due to me wanting to be on both emergency factions. I do intend on placing both equally as valuable. As i've spent alot of time on my EMS side of roleplay.
What is your motivation for applying?:
I have a high interest in the emergency section of the server. And generally getting more chances to roleplay emergency factions. As well it has always been a thought on my mind to try a dual faction. And see how it could possibly interact with one another.
What knowledge do you have of Police Work?
Police work is a variety of things. Ranging from taking in desk duty reports from citizens to Raiding apartments.
There are alot of tools to help KPD with this, Being naturally a wide variety of equipment.

What knowledge do you have of Police Work?
Police work is a variety of things. Ranging from taking in desk duty reports from citizens to Raiding apartments.
There are alot of tools to help KPD with this, Being naturally a wide variety of equipment.
- Police baton, A two-hit to the head. Muggable
- Handcuffs, requiring an action to arrest.
- The police radio, Attached to their arm. It needs a weapon to be broken. And is waterproof! Wielding its own frequency from EMS.
- Stun blaster, or as many say the taser. Needs a successful hit. Meaning visual, and needs no roll. Can't be stolen either.
- Breathalyzer, quite odd to still wield, but tests how drunk a person is by their promille in the blood. Can't be stolen either. Would be odd to steal?
- Pepper spray, 3 times to blind a target. Letting them only do defensive actions. Unless the target is wearing a gas mask. Needs a roll to be taken in range.
- Tranquilizer, Plastic device to tranq targets. Rendering them unconscious. Used for many things, from criminals to animals. Can't be stolen
- Riot shield, Pure shield. Using it defensively in main hand, and offensively in off hand. Muggable if the wielder is unconscious.
- Gas mask, as mentioned before. Is muggable and helps them protect against biological threats, Or airborne ones.
- Crowbar, Used to pry containers or even doors open. Useful for raids.
- Luminol spray, allows users to identify blood on surfaces. Unless cleaned with hydrogen peroxide. ITEMRP'D
- Disposable Latex Gloves, Letting officers prevent getting their hands contaminated or for hiding their own fingerprints. ITEMRP'D
- Fingerprint Scanner, Pretty much speaks for itself. ITEMRP'D
- First-Aid Kit, allows officers to stabilize a stab victim. Adding 5 minutes to their bleed-out timer.
- Body camera, Our last item on the list. Allows recording to be done constantly. Its also a waterproof device like the radio. Needing 2 hits with blunt force and 1 sharp hit to destroy. Yet a little useless if its all being sent to the cloud anyway. Body cam can only see everything from the way its facing.

Describe your character; how they look, what makes them unique?
A blonde young /kid/, Shoddy and straight-edged. Hair loose and all over the place, Mostly his hair catches peoples eye before they peer to his own. It being naturally slicked back, not with an oil or anything. Just its natural hair type. But his build is where it gets interesting. The build seems to appear lean, More long proportions than strong. Accompanied by a slender frame. An upright posture atleast, Giving them composed and a statue alike preformance. Slimmer hands with long fingers. He is clearly not built to be muscular or imposing.
How does your character act in a professional/casual situation?
His professional manner is rather enforcing, informational at most. Working in bullet points to understand and cross information as much as possible.
What is their outlook on the idea of co-workers & teamwork?
Highly accepting it, He'd prefer to have someone around him at all times. Either to build off of, Or have something to fall back on. Its a mix of both.
Having zero hesitation to act once he knows and understands something is wrong. In an on duty perspective, he needs to be able to rely on every worker. Aswell them to rely on him.
What's your character's backstory?
Unwilling
Born and raised in Munich, Germany, into a middle-class household. Where discipline and education were valued over and above all else and generally preferred over family history, the name Engel was only popular due to his father having served as an officer for over twenty-five years. His mother worked in municipal administration. The family slotted nicely into the government at the time. His birth being only structured and predicted into law enforcement. From a young age, Fritz grew up hearing stories of public service. Rather than delving into his father's stories at the time, he'd spend it drawing, being creative and taking up his writing in literature. Making law enforcement seem less than an exciting duty, Fritz himself compared it closely to homework.
Digging deeper down the hole
As a child, Fritz slowly sank into news, documentaries, anything that aired on the cable at the time. Often nagging his family to explain why things are the way they were on the channels. Or in a whole why stories were always different from other people. His family or whoever he got his hands on at the time, always couldn't answer. It was not a liking to Fritz that things were not explained. Often making him the recluse. Even then he never understood.
Moving to preschool and high school, he performed well academically, particularly well in reading and language classes. He preferred group projects that involved organization of presentation or explaining ideas. Rather than sports and rough housing activities. Frequent comments came in from instructors at the time that he'd be very articulate in his manner to summarize. At the time it did not mean a thing to Fritz. He had a world to explore. And understand.
The explore part was a secondary target.
Understanding
In middle school, He started off with media. Moving over to communications after media got a bore of him. Rather than consuming information and processing it. He'd take it a different way. Instead, uptaking his time in understanding what and why it made public opinion of it so conflicted or so akin to everyone. To further support his media intrests, he uptook the media club for the school. Helping edit newsletters, producing announcements for sports teams that he resented, and eventually assisted in speaking with and for student event promotions. These activities also introduced him into photography. Saving memories and preserving them in their own essence.
A major turn came into the form of his fathers recommendation. Smaller events like communication through codes, or communicating through and during emergencies or public major events. It always lead to the same. Giving him occasional insight on his job. It allowed him to see how the police departments interacted with the public. Fritz noticed that misunderstandings often came from poor communication or poor intentions. A realization that stayed with him for years.
Recluse
Highschool, One of his last major turning points. In secondary, primarily focused heavily on language, communications, and social sciences. He excelled in them even. Presentations, debates, research projects all were meager activities for him. He volunteered during community festivals in Germany, letting him gain experience in organizing information. He even led his own booth on social sciences. If he was not tending to his booth at the time, he'd be guiding visitors. In and out of country. Those who didn't understand or speak German. Letting him resolve and ease confusion. Or even resolve disputes due to a poor language barrier.
The hinge of serving the community stuck to him. Leading him towards studying communications further, with the intention of eventually joining law enforcement.
Law
University is a point he'd not speak of it's a blank spot due to his social aspect of being a recluse at the time. He studied Crisis Communication, media ethics and further public speaking. His professors often praised his ability to remain objective while observing difficult situations. During practical communication and assignments, Fritz naturally gravitated towards crisis-response simulators. Where he learned government & Emergency services handled public messaging during disasters and/or emergencies.
For an internship, as he couldn't stay still forever, he took it up with local government communications offices. Usually non profit yet it didn't bother him. These experiences reinforced his belief in effective communication to prevent panic, reduce worry or misinformation, and strengthen public trust.
By the time he graduated, Fritz possessed and wielded a solid understanding of how emergency and or non-profit organizations wielded public trust and public interest.

Despite enjoying his life in Germany, Fritz faced an increasingly common problem among recent graduates: Living costs and further housing. Living independently in Munich had become financially unrealistic without committing to years of rent. While researching international opportunities, he found Karakura. A smaller remote island. A city offering significantly lower cost of living. And remotely populated. The combination of affordable housing and the chance to build a career from the ground up convinced him to /relocate/ in his words.
Although leaving Germany was a difficult decision, Fritz viewed it as an investment and adaptation to his surroundings. A test of sorts. Never escaping from the past, but always focusing on the future. Adapting to the new environment is easier, as he approached finishing moving his details over. He didn't like the approuch for cultural differences in Karakura.

I’d see what exactly caused the physical abuse by asking and judging if it was self defense, regardless of whether it was deemed necessary or not, still report it to a higher up. And get eventual EMS workers involved.
What should you do if you see your co-worker being assaulted?
If I am alone, I’d request backup, as well as try to defuse the situation. If i am with another co worker, Put place between the attacker and assaulted, Stun would work best.
What do you do if you find out that your co-worker is corrupt and is helping criminal organizations?
Immediately report it to a higher-up. And let them take it further unless notified of being able to. As it is not in my place to directly handle that report. Only forward it to a higher-up.
