Describe your activity on the server:
I'd say I'm pretty active when it comes to being on the server, I don't just get on and afk all day! I work in the morning so that helps a lot, I get to be on during the active times of SRP, when most people are online, I get home from work and get on SRP if I feel like it, or just to see what going on, but I spend most of my time on my JockRP character, since I don't have an adult character, I don't get to do lots of stuff out of the school when its schooltime ICLY, but it's okay, JockRP makes up for it big time! But If I were to be accepted, and promoted to the rank needed to go off-duty, then you'll see me out the hospital whenever something comes up! Though I'll spend most of it inside, since I'm applying to be a doctor heh. JockRP is what I mostly do, but I have a lot of time on my hands, so I can manage JockRP and Doctor at the same time, I was able to do before and I can do it now! Since I no longer have school, and I start college next year.

What experiences do you have with roleplay?:
JockRP | CrimeRP | FamilyRP | FactionRP | GangRP |
| JockRP is probably going to be my favorite out of these five! I'm currently on the College Female Football team, and I really enjoy the roleplay that it has to offer, my teammate are great people outside of the game, I've also been on other teams like the HS baseball team, the HS male basketball team and the HS female football team, right now my favorite team is the current team I'm on right now, probably the last team I'll be on! But yeah that is what I do most of the time as activity on this server. | CrimeRP is a very interesting one, I used to do this a lot as my activity on the server, and I sometimes still do this with friends though, since there is already lore that has been built up, but I enjoy it because it get interesting and also involves a bit of GangRP sometimes. | Now this is second to JockRP for sure, for me it is lots of fun since I have my own little family that I run with a few friends, mainly friends actually so that makes it even more fun, since we all know each other already, we laugh at everything and have double the fun, this part of my activity on SRP is one you'll see me doing a lot as my doctor character if I am to be accepted! FamilyRP is my second, right after FactionRP. | FactionRP is behind FamilyRP on my list, I enjoy this type of activity on the server because it offers lots of roleplay experiences, for example EMS! I was in it once and it was so much fun, the doctor HU would host reunions ICLY every week, I wouldn't be able to attend them all, but I'd go to most and they were lots of fun, you also get opportunities to participate in server events. | GangRP is somewhat similar to CrimeRP, but there is a big difference at the same time, CrimeRP is more roleplay then action, but it does have action of course! Though I wished GangRP had more roleplay, there is certain gangs that encourage it, like Kagetsu, Mandate and Parabellum, which I find really cool, I'm active in Kagetsu, this is the activity I do the least, since GangRP isn't live like it was before. |
What is your motivation for applying?
I used to be in the EMS faction, it was real fun and I loved it a lot, out of the two factions I've been in, which are EMS and Professor, EMS is for sure the best! Professor is still cool of course, but it just wasn't my thing, the opportunity to be able to roleplay as a doctor on the server is something I can't pass on, I was in it once and I left, which I regret! I had my reasons of course, but I wish I could take it back, but my motivation mainly is to be able to have the same fun I was having back then, right now with the old and new doctors that are in the faction as of right now! I also have my EMS character that I really want to bring back, he was really fun to play and I miss playing him, and here is my chance to do that again.

What knowledge do you have of the roles within the Hospital Faction?

| The Doctor role, those with this role are the main attraction you could say, they're the first to respond to any medical emergencies at the hospital, they treat major wounds like stabs to a vital organ, or lost limbs! There is also ranks to this role, from trainee, to resident, to senior resident and then finally to attending, after that is the HU position. | The Paramedic role, those with this role can respond to medical emergencies outside the hospital, with help of their ambulances! They also patrol around the place, just in case they find themselves with a person in need of their help, they can give immediate treatment, they're also allowed to have tranquilizers, to shoot at bear IF needed to. | The psychiatrist role, those with this role help those that are having mental health problems, they can give therapy sessions to the patients, giving them advice on what they should do, or guide them to be on the right path, so they don't end up getting hurt! They also help those that have anxiety attacks, panic attacks etc. | The Director role, the one that has this role is basically the head of the hospital, the one above that calls all the big shots, the one who decides what goes and what doesn't, he also puts an order in the hospital, so if someone were to act out of line, then the director is the one who'd put them in their place, reminding them that they're in their work space, not home. | The Deputy Director role, the one who has this role, is the second in command to the Director, he makes big decisions as well when the director himself isn't around, he's that one person the Director can rely on if something goes down, and he's not able to do something in the moment. |

The Xi sat on the chair, placing some files on the desk before facing the interviewer. " My name is Xi Ya-Ting, pleasure to meet you! " He offered a confident smile and shook the male/females hand.
Character’s Gender and Pronouns:
Looked around the office, it seems not much has changed! He only left three years.. So not much should have changed. " I am a male and my pronouns are He/Him! " He fixed a strand of hair that was covering his view.
Character’s Age (if accepted):
The Xi loved this question, he was pretty proud of his young appearance. " I am 49 years old, can you believe that? " He let out a little laugh before taking a trip to the past, when his younger sisters forced him to do skincare with him, every night.. But he's not complaining, I mean take a look at the Xi.
Character’s Academic Background:
The Xi lightly pushed the files that he had placed on the desk earlier towards the interviewer, which contained his academic background. “ I graduated top of my class in High School, I excelled more in Biology, Chemistry and math! Once I was done with High School, I immediately applied to one of the best medicine schools in China, Shanghai Jiao Tong! Where I got accepted and also finished top of my class, thanks to the dedication and hard work I put into my time there. “ He took a pause, letting the interviewer review his files.. After a few moments he spoke again. “ Then I did my exam, passed and then did my internship, which also went great! And I was finally given my medical license.

Itched the back of his head, waiting for the next question.. Oop! “ I was born in China and was also raised there, i’m Chinese! “ He gave a bright proud smile to the interviewer

The Xi put on a straight face, like if he had zoned out.. He snapped back and answered the reality. “ I’m widowed. “ He said no more, his whole energy shifted with that question, though it had been years since his wife’s death, he still misses her.
Character’s Religious Denomination:
The Xi hummed and then answered. “ I’m Christian, that’s my religion! “ He nodded and smiled. “ But it wont impact my work, I respect everyone and their beliefs. “
Character’s Spoken Languages:
Nodded towards the interviewer. " I do speak another language, I speak Chinese! It was my first language, Japanese is my second language. " He itched the back of his head and smiled.
Character Backstory (Optional):
Xi Ya-Ting was born in Shanghai, located in China where he was raised and finished his studies, he was always a well educated kid, treating others with respect, acting mature despite his young age, he acted differently! He was the only kid till he was 10, when his first sibling was born! Xi Shiyu, the oldest sister out of the three. When Ya-Ting was little, he’d watch a lot of doctor shows, and that’s where his passion for medicine was born, he spoke to his mother and father about it, and they were immediately on board, he studied and studied, night after night and he finally graduated High School! Then applied to university and got in, where he met his future wife, they got together their first year, and right after they graduated, Xi Ya-Ting proposed to her! She said yes of course, after getting married they had their first kid, Xi Yu-Shi! Who is a little brat, but that’s okay, she’s still loved, but the worst nightmare of a man, became a reality for Ya-Ting, his wife unfortunately passed away in a car crash, after that it was never the same, so he decided to have a fresh start with his kid, he prepared to move to Japan, learning the language and more about the place they were moving to! Karakura.. Once they moved there, he needed a job and got his interview at the hospital, he made it! He became a doctor and saved several lives, he then left the work area to have some time for himself, as he got sick and all the working made his condition worse, but now he’s back and waiting for his results, to see if he can work at this amazing hospital again.
SECTION 2: MEDICAL HISTORY
What is your character’s medical speciality? Why did they choose this focus?
General Surgery, Ya-Ting chose this medical specialty because when he was little, he’d watch a lot of doctor shows, so he always had that interest, that’s where his passion was born! He loved seeing the amazing things that a surgeon could do, to save lives, is something he dreamt for since he was just little kid watching doctor shows in the living room, on a saturday night where he had no school.
Does your character have any work experience in medical positions?
Yes he does! He had worked in this same hospital before, as a doctor where he quickly got promoted to attending doctor, so that says a lot about his work experience, but like the others, he will still undergo the training alongside his new co-workers, so he can prove himself to the hospital again! Show them that he hasn’t lost his touch.
SECTION 3: CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE
Describe your character; how do they look, what makes them unique? How would they be perceived by others?
The Xi might look young at first sight, but once you meet him, and really get to know him, you’ll notice that he’s more mature then most people that are young, well that’s because he’s actually 49… He looks like he’s in his late 20s! But he just looks young, thanks to the time he dedicated to taking care of himself, with help of his sisters who were obsessed with all that stuff, what makes him unique? I think it’s the passion he has for his job, he doesn’t complain about whah time is it, or what he has to do after work, his focus is on work because it’s what he loves, he’s dedicated to giving his time and making time for more work, it’s basically his home! He would be perceived as someone who is extremely dedicated, disciplined and passionate about what he does, some might even see the unc as a workaholic!! But to the old Xi, work isn’t an obligation, it’s something he genuinely enjoys and wants to continue doing forever.
How does your character act around the hospital?
He acts professional and respectful towards others, no matter how the patient may be acting, the situation will always be dealt with professionally, he would also always be on stand by, even if there is no patients he'd be there waiting at the door, just in case someone comes in need of help, he'll be there waiting always! Of course when he goes to the back, the break room I guess you could say, he'll let his guard down just a bit and crack some jokes with his co-workers.
Does your character function better on their own or with others?
He loves to do stuff by himself, but he has never mind doing stuff with others, not once has he complained so yeah, he actually does function better with others! Having some company always boost his confidence, assuring himself that the patients life is in great hands.
