Why do you want to become a Franchisee?:

For a while now I've been interested in the Shopkeeper faction but never believed I had what it takes to actually manage a business on the server until a month ago when I applied to become a shopkeeper. Now, I did not get accepted to become a shopkeeper but applying for Franchisee allows me manage shops alongside another Franchisee which can help further in learning on how to manage a business in a hands on way rather than hearing others experiences. I have been, for a while, out of GangRP and CrimeRP—focusing more on PoliticalRP. I'm slowly understanding every aspect of the server and how deeply organized everything is. I especially realized this after I became a cashier for the shop 'Yeobo'. I understood how to use the panel and how shops can divide the money between their workers at the end of every shift. I slowly understood how to not only be a worker for a shop, but also learned how one manages a shop.

How will you handle a dispute with your co-Franchisee?:

As soon as I realize a conversation is leading towards an argument, I'd attempt to de-escalate it in a calm, relaxed manner before anything gets out of hand. I would then listen to the concerns that my co-Franchisee has and offer proper compromises/solutions. For example, if we disagreed on a business decision, I would suggest we try one approach for a set period of time and then reassess it together based on how it actually worked out, rather than just going back and forth on opinions.
