In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee:
1. A good art teacher wants you to learn something new about art and have fun doing it. This includes the elements and principles of art, techniques (how tos), and art appreciation.
2. A good art teacher makes you feel comfortable and encouraged practicing self-expression.
3. A good art teacher wants you to explore your hidden talents while gaining a new appreciation of art and the role it plays in the world around you and how it relates to the core subjects.
4. A good art teacher strives to have students that produce work in each class that is unique. They want you to be able to think for yourself and make decisions and put a work of art together that belongs to you the student. A good art teacher does not want you to be afraid of failure, but have the tenacity of an inventor. It is ok to fail, the next attempt may be spectacular. In other academic core classes, there is usually only one right answer. But in art the ability to think for yourself can not only prepare you for success in your other classes, but in your future life.

What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: I had a long term RP lasting for nearly 3 years it was a well fleshed out story with a large ensemble of characters and it ended like a good book. .
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it: Art teachers help students develop their artistic skills by cultivating creative expression and fostering an understanding of textures, shapes, and colors. The majority of an art teacher's work entails guiding students through different projects in ceramics, sculpture, painting, drawing, and other areas.

During a workshift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?: Ask them politely to quit cursing and remind them the consequences of being disrespectful
You are doing a hazadrous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?: I would first make sure i have all the proper gear and check to see if everything is working correctly, then proceed the hazardous job with caution.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?: In a calm matter, I would ask them to please stop messing around and to take the job seriously, IF they respond negative, I will report to the principal.

Motivation for Joining KHS: I want to be apart of something and give back to the community, I love helping out students as well as working with fellow Teachers. I hope to learn something new or teach something new everyday.

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?: I have great motivation and there is always something new to gain or learn or teach. I have a good feeling about this opportunity, Also I am always on time.
