What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?: I'd like to become a teacher because I always yearned to help the students of Karakura High School. I feel like I can really benefit them, as I feel that every student has their own talent, they just need to find it. I believe they can find their passion during their High School years, I'd like to help them accomplish that. My motivation for becoming a teacher is that I feel that I can really benefit the students, as I enjoy helping kids. I feel that I can really help them during school. I would love to work with the students because I love helping out whenever I can.

What are the classroom logs and why is it important?:
classroom logs are the discord channel which is where the teachers put their classroom evidence, and how many classes they have taught. It is important to log your classes because it is evidence that you have done the classes needed for the job paycheck. Not doing so could the classes cause consequences and confusion. If your do not log your class, you may not be able to get the paycheck, in which you will not pain for the work you have done.
You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?: First, I would make sure that I have a designated location for the field trip, I'd then make sure I have acquired every necessity for this field trip, I'd proceed to print out the forms for the students to fill out, sign, and return back to me as they need permission to go. I'd ask the VP if this field trip was allowed telling her each detail, making sure it is right for the 'job'.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
1: No drinking or eating in the classroom.(unless absolutely necessary.)
2: No cussing or foul language in the classroom (Which also implies being kind to your peers)
3:What the teacher/School faculty says, goes. No discussion.
4: if you have a question or something to say, raise your hand
5: You are not to disrupt the flow of the lesson
Summarize your previous RP experience (both in general and on SchoolRP): I've been roleplaying since 2014 I started on schoolRP 2016. when I roleplay I done different kinds of roleplay.
Describe the ranking system of teachers:
- HD: this is the head of the department teacher. They are in charge of making sure the teacher is doing what they are supposed to. They will supervise NQT and sometimes QTLS teachers. They keep the department up running and have quite extensive knowledge of how the system works due to experience. They are responsible for the curriculum and on the department budgets and school operations that are performed on the department. They also organize at least one department meeting each month.
- QTLS: QTLS is a Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills. Their status demonstrates commitment, skills, and knowledge to employers. Recognition of your status as a professional teacher or trainer. Valuable continuing professional development (CPD) that builds confidence and enhances your skills. Members with QTLS can use these initials as a designation
- NQT: An NQT is a newly qualified teacher. They are a teacher who has just obtained the Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and is now undertaking an induction program that enables them to be legally employed as a teacher in a maintained school.

A teacher can not be toxic or rude OOCly. In their spare time, teacher are supposed to go to the teacher's lounge or discuss it with other teachers
ICly Knowledge: Teachers are expected to be nice and caring during their lessons, making sure her/his class is neat and tidy. Teachers can either teach Math, English, Home Economics, Science and etc. Teachers are expected to go to the lounge and other desired places during school times, but they are required to be at school.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server ?: Teachers are important to the schoolrp server, because, The server is based on the school. School generally needs teachers, as they help the children become more educated on the world and some of the world's concepts. Having teachers on SRP, really help the students and can build up a roleplay, as schoolrp is a server that requires teachers to help students and generally helps the school, in everything they do.

You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?: I'd first, walk up to them politely and what's happening, and try to stop the issue that's happening. I will make sure they don't swear again around me and if they continue to swear I will tell someone like the principal or vice-principal.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?: I could yell this, attention class we have work to do. then I would make sure students will pay close and more focused, Next, If they still don't listen I will be hosting a test the next day.
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?: Yamato is a very intelligent and friendly person. He would ask the other teachers in the lounge how were the students and how was your day, Then he'd have some coffee and snacks before going back to the next lesson of school.

Yamato Yama Kyeon is a guy who enjoys basketball and football, going out and hanging with family. He is friendly and smart, but can also be very cowardly and a bit lazy.
He is Japanese who defines himself as bisexual. He started studying Physical Aesthetics at college but finished the course. He is obsessed with Music.
Physically, Yamato is in pretty good shape. He is very tall with Olive skin, black hair and Brown eyes. He has a scar from a knife on his upper back.
He grew up in a working-class neighborhood. He was raised by his mother and father, he has 6 siblings.
He is currently Single and his looking for a girlfriend or boyfriend he's a very trustworthy guy!
Yamato's best friend is a Highschool student called Tenma Aruto. He's a really smart nerdy person. He also hangs around with Delores Kyeon(sister) and 'Clown' Kyeon. They enjoy spending time together and watching movies and of course eating snacks. Yamato came out to his family when he was 14 years old. They called him little Yama when he was growing up. When he started to get older into high school he was bullied most of his life. He was really lonely until he met Tenma Aruto, Tenma was there for him and stuck up for him. married, go to Hawaii for his honeymoon. He wants a happy delighted family. His second goal is to make sure his students succeed in life and learn more and go to a good college. He loves his Students a lot that he hoped for the best for them and hope they have learned a lot from karakura high. The best students are the kindest ones and the ones that study the hardest.
