Advert Rule Change

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUGGEST OR MENTION:
This is only a quick suggestion that will go straight to the point. I was told that there is a rule where shop-owners are not allowed to advertise for other shop-owners shops when they are not online. Now really, I do not see the point in this what-so-ever. This is a rule as to which I think has been put in place just for the sake of having more rules.

Shops have things called co-owners and managers. These roles are normally allowed to open stores for the shop-owner. Now, how are people meant to know when the shop is open when there is no advert? I'll tell you - they don't. Therefore, they could just go ahead and ask a shop owner that is online to advertise for them. But apparently this is against the rules and I want to know why. What's so bad about asking another shop owner to advertise? It doesn't hurt or affect anyone and if anything it just shows friendliness between players on the server and that is why I think this rule is just there for the sake of making the rulebook look a bit longer. I ask for this rule to be taken out of the rulebook for the sake of shop owners and their employees.

Sometimes a shop-owner will go on vacation, be ill or just be out somewhere and they have no time to open their store. So who do they ask? They ask their employees to open for them. But, there is no point in opening a store if no one knows it is open.

Thanks for listening to my TED Talk,
