Describe your activity on the server & on the forums?: Ever since quarantine, I've had a lot more time to focus on not only my irl activities, but also on my hobbies like playing Minecraft and SRP. I check my forums everyday for any replies to my forum posts and I get on the server for around 3-4 hours a day. I socialize with many members of the SRP community and I enjoy furthering my character's story not only through being a citizen, but also through the various experiences that the server has to offer.

What is your motivation for becoming a Professor?: I believe that having the opportunity to become a College Professor allows me to attain a new skill set and a better detail in roleplaying. Not only would the experience of becoming an educator help me learn the in-and-outs of the server, it would also avail be to the various situations and instances that would deepen my understanding and my view on the server roleplay itself. Being a college educator would shed new light toward my roleplay experience and I am very curious to find out how being a College Professor would help me improve overall not only as a citizen of Karakura, but also as a player.
Do you have any experience in Roleplaying?: Yes, I've had the chance to explore most of the experiences that SRP has to offer like combatrp, collegerp, gangrp, vanillarp, drunkrp, and more types of roleplay. I understand and memorized most of the rules of the server and the formats of roleplaying; as well as the proper ways of how to go about it properly.
What are the classroom logs and why is it important?: Representing a set of information supplied during each class, Classroom logs mainly focus on explaining in detail the class flow and the activities that took place. The need for a classroom log stems from the need for organization and to reduce confusion when validating class attendance, for both the teachers and the students. With the use of a classroom log, it would further help for the approval of the overseer in making sure that the class took place and retained the flow.
As a Professor, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
1. Motion to raise your hand when you want to speak / answer.
2. Always be respectful to each other, fights will not be tolerated
3. Screaming at / Name calling within the classroom at either the teacher and/or the students will not be tolerated
4. No talking while the Speaker/Professor is presenting or hosting a lesson (unless instructed otherwise).
5. The use of Phones, Foods, and Drinks will be allowed- as long as it will not disrupt the class flow.
6. The Professor will and always be respected. Constant disrespect will lead to the student being kicked out of class after 3 warnings.
Summarize your previous RP experience's (both in general and on SchoolRP): In general, I'm actually quite new to the aspect of roleplay since SRP was the first ever roleplay server that I've been heavily involved in. I have had about 3 months of experience so far and I've managed to experience a lot of situations which required me to adapt accordingly such as the roleplay experiences stated in one of the above questions. I have familiarized with, and understood the rules and the honor that comes with being a roleplayer; together with the respect that I have to adhere to in order for the roleplay experience to be as much fun as it is to everybody involved.Though I am still learning on more aspects of roleplaying, I won't let that ruin or make my roleplay experience on SRP any worse. I constantly aim to improve my style and detail, as well as to having a fun time doing it.

They must host at least ten classes every OOC month, or they may be removed/demoted due to inactivity. Likewise, Professors should be responsible with their duties and must do their best to be as active as possible. They should be a second-parent to their students; taking responsibility for their actions and keeping them on a straight path. They have the duty and mission to mold their students into the adults of tomorrow. Additionally, they earn 300,000 yen for the first 15 classes taught in the month with an accumulative 50k yen for every 5 additional classes taught as overtime.

A 5'10 Professor with mixed ambiguous genes, sporting messy yet natural hair and glasses; Yashimoto would come from a rather blurred background from his home country before immigrating to Japan. Always being a minimalist, he prefers to stride with the simpler things in life and enjoys spending his time just walking around and appreciating the Karakura environment. What makes him unique is that he is a hidden sociopath. He doesn't exactly feel emotions, but he got good at faking them. Though he never shies away from a conversation, he can't help but to feel nothing deep within. He thinks that his students will have the opportunity to achieve their potential and reach the heights of their imagination, as long as he keeps them straight on the right path. His outward personality is that of a charismatic, yet caring friend / father figure and he takes responsibility for his friends and students. He plans to be a shop owner for the future once he's had his course with being a Professor.

First, I calmly approach them and ask them to quiet down as a sign of respect to those in class at the moment. After reminding them of school policy and giving them warnings, if they choose to still rebel against me, I will have to stand my ground and remind them of my authority. And further deviation and I will carry out my duty as a Professor and escort them to their respective offices for counseling.
A College-Student is disturbing the class and won’t listen to a word you’re saying, What do you do?
I will keep myself calm, handle the situation professionally, and kindly ask the student to either respect the class policies or get out. If they choose the latter, I will kindly escort them out the door and issue a strike on their merit.

Backstory
Yashimoto "YaRu" Rutto would be born somewhere in the late 1900's to a foster family where we had lived a normal life thus far. Born with ASPD (Anti-Social Personality Disorder), he was aware of anything but his emotions. After trying to live a normal life within his home country, he decided to leave his foster family and to migrate into Japan for further studies. At the age of 13, he moved into a city called Karakura as a freshman in highschool. He had to learn how to live on his own and take any opportunity he could to learn about the new environment of the city life. After taking classes concerning the Well-being and Humanitarian Studies of Man's Anthropology, he decided to make use of his skills to give back to his Alma Matter someday by becoming a Professor of his best subject.
During his late teenage years, Yashimoto worked as an independent retailer since he knew he had to make money somehow. There, he learned the economic flow of Karakura and started to build his vast skillset through social interactions and his connections. Even through the harsh reality of Karakura's state, he managed to stay afloat and make it through his highschool years without any major problems.
In his college years, Yashimoto studied under various major and minor subjects, taking note of the ins and outs of the educational workflow to prepare himself for the future. He knew that he wanted to become a teacher in the art of philosophy because it gave motion to his emotionless self. Though he may not be able to feel, he may somehow be able to think feelings. He wanted to show people that they too may think not only based on the morality of their compass, but to think through the logic and consideration of man's animalistic self in the perspective of their anthropomorphic natures.
