Cam isn't inactive, some apps(like employees) are only checked when there are spots needed to be filled and only if a large number of them need to be added. Cam works on the server more than what we can see, along with most staff members, they are also human and have lives outside of a block game. If your app hasn't been checked for x, y, or z reasons then there is most likely a reason for that

Just feels strange to me

You i thought that too! but something didn't feel right to me, Some apps have been waiting sense august (Theres 1) And one in September last year

This seemed a bit off, I thought he was needing a spot to open.

But then others were being checked and accepted!!

It was soo strange, I feel bad for how long some are waiting.

Another thing that bothers me, is the roster either needs to be updated, or its up to date (There are open spots in each Position)

If doesn't feel right, compare them to Any other faction leads, why is he the only one who fails to check on time?

(But Maybe i don't know anything! Im just comparing them to ever other faction! and I have nothing against them, and I'm not Applying)

I think they are fine at it, and that it's rather rude to name drop someone, compare them to their friends, and to whine about it when you've said yourself that you're not even applying. And even if you were applying, it wouldn't change how rude it is to do that.

I think all faction leads are entitled to how and when they check applications. Every faction is different and that doesn’t make any faction lead more or less active than the other. Employee applications were reviewed last month, which just so happens to be when I also reviewed my faction’s applications as well and I wouldn’t consider myself inactive.

I have enough employees thanks for the concern anyway
