I think the concept of removing privileges we had in the first place leaves a sour taste in everyone's mouth who lost it. While I understand the reasoning behind it, the logic, etc. which was brought up previously, it still feels pretty bad in my opinion when the psych department loses stuff...

all i really have to say about this is EM level restrictions. recently, i know kpd has been pretty on lockdown due to em level and they have to have a lot of people to actually respond to calls. when it's dead hours, it's hard for officers to do so due to not having many people online.

As the flower shop owner, our most popular (and cheaper items) are bouquets that are head models! People constantly complain that they cannot place these down, and if I could get these to be placeable it'd make the items much more desirable and valuable to hold onto. +1
