i can see why people want more shops as back when i was online they were almost never open but they got lives -1

neutral, they could have more perm opportunities but it’d rely on trusting those gang members to not abuse those perms as i’ve seen in the past

maybe adding a mailbox or a P.o. box to each apartment building and out the front of houses could be good for this then once you order the food to said address you could just check the mail and bam delivery service +1
