A lot of events happen where rolling is involved, this is a roleplay server things that happen on it are suppose to be random. cops rolling 200 doesn't give players this major disadvantage due to how the plugin works, everything is chance and sometimes you wont even roll higher then 150. If...

-1 For KPD you guys need to remember cops are meant to be avoided not fought, KPD rolls 200 to discourage gangrps from doing gang vs cops again because its meant to be gang vs gang. ICLY cops go through police academy before they can even join the police force, then receive further training...
