This isn't really on the same level as something like wardrobe and /feed. You can already do this with a simple macro mod, it just doesn't seem like a good time investment for the dev team. It likely won't be used all that much anyways in my opinion.

-1 This isn't really needed as a feature. If you have a mod called command macros you can just do this with it easily + changing a skin. I don't think anyone really needs to swap characters this fast anyways.

Unfortunately it's impossible to add more variants of a mob to the resource pack. The only way to do so would require us to rely on optifine, which isn't something that we'll do probably... the reason why dogs, cats, and parrots are able to have different skins is because these mobs already...

Well, it wouldn't really work if it was something else tbh. Karakura history would make it way more interesting. Science and stuff tho? I mean just.. go to an irl museum or Google it. No one would really use it regardless so it would likely waste space
