-1 But I do like this idea Tutors have always seemed in the background, so why got give that extra time we have to the tutors to host little study sessions or something before the school day with classes starts. Students and workers have to be on school grounds anyways.

+1 As long as, like others have mentioned, we can keep roll amounts so that way we can do bowling still, 'flip a coin' kinda rolls, etc. Maybe it just be like a cap each role has?

-1 While I've never been a librarian I worked closely with a few when I was a chef, aka if I wasn't handing out food I was up there, and granted this was a long long time ago but if the roster is full then the load they have is very well and easily managed.
