It shouldn't matter who gets KPS. Honestly some of the greatest Crime RPers (in my opinion) are not in any gangs.

What i'm trying to say is that it's the case for every gang. If someone joins an amateur gang just to perm-bait and do the perms with many people then they'd still either get kicked out or blacklisted.

I'm 99.99% sure that staff keeps tracks of the gangs that are currently existing. Though there isn't an official roster where everyone can see exactly each and every gang, staff do.

Alright, then the KPS rule should be tweaked for KPS to not only be acquired by UVG/VG members or members of a criminal organisation (BMDA, Blood Hounds, Fight Club and Karakura Autos) but ANY member in a gang should be allowed to get KPS. Like just for the sake of realism.

-1 Clubs and Sport Teams are already quite competitive. 95% of contestants are there because they love the sport or the club and if this would be implemented I feel like people would end up joining for the money and not the sport.
