Neutral As someone who helps lead the Saiky Family, I can openly say that we DO already have a system like this in place. We have estate keepers, who effectively do the same as what you suggest here, just not as complex. We are more than open to having new estate keepers and to allow others...

Paramedics don't actually do these procedures unless there is no one else available to do them! Referrals are offered to psychs and/or rejected if psychs are not available. We know therapy to try and prevent the burnout you're all mentioning for psychiatrists. Paramedics do not take priority...

-1 I'm not a big fan of attempting to remove something that has barely had a chance to prove itself Change always brings different reactions and I think removing it entirely is just going to hinder hospitals progression in terms of any updates

All the friends I made definitely played a huge part (I'm only here because they KEEP MENTIONING ME) I quit for like 4 months at the start of this year and all my friends basically waited for me to come back? I think that really made me realise just how much I loved being in the SRP community <3
