Judging on how long this issue has been here and how we have 'resolved' it, I doubt this will be implemented. I like it, cause it's definetly a very reasonable and good proposal, but I can already tell certain someone is not gonna bother.

I like where this idea is heading, but I personally think that it would be the same as making a ticket in practice. If you make a /crowbarsreq and then have to provide evidence and have a staff member to come, what difference would it be than a normal /help command?
