Are you getting the same message im getting?

Im in grade 10 and icant join the server at the moment. This message keeps coming up: io.netty.channel.AbstractChannel$AnnotatedConnectException: Connection refused: no further information Is the server down or are their too many players online? Please can someone help.

I signed out in room 304 on the 3rd floor and im trapped. Can someone help me?
