I am supposed to be at grade 10 but I am stuck at grade 9. Also whenever I get a new grade it always says "You have reached maximum grade" so I would have to relog. But I just need to be grade 10.

I have a problem. I reached (should've reached) grade 8 once my hour was done, but then it didn't work. So I relogged but it is now saying I have to wait another hour, even though I am still stuck on grade 7.
