-1 See the above arguments against the inclusion of such a feature. Also, this could very well be abused by people with criminal characters who currently have an arrest warrant out for them, with the police being unable to find them since they're in essentially another dimension.

A case could also be made that since this is a known issue, you could write the slurred speech yourself while speaking on the phone, while speaking another language, and so on. I'm not sure if this can be done due to the way different plugins interact with each other, but if it is, sure, +1.
