Again, did you do the archeck command? If so and it is indeed broken, contact staff through either discord or forum conversation. I'm pretty sure it's about an hour of playtime before you become grade 8, so it most likely is broken.

The only way to fix being stuck as a grade 7 is contacting staff to help fix it for you. Not sure how long it takes to rank up but try playing a little longer to age up since I don't know if two hours suffices. You can do /archeck to check how long you have to play to rank up.

When you get on the server do /resource if you want the resource pack. If it crashes you then you can just play without it and ask other players what the items are supposed to be if you don't know.

You can't delete threads. You have to ask a staff member to do so for you.

No, you simply play for certain amounts of time to grade up. If you want to be a college student or have a job in the school you have to apply when the apps are open.
