Karakura is very poorly laid out in terms of urban design. While I disagree with bringing the old school back, I believe there need to be some abandoned houses (the abundance of crime makes absolutely no sense, it feels like the people who work through these decisions have never been to a bad...

+1 If there's not going to be a new map, the least that can be done to satisfy the player base is to add some interesting new hangout spots (that are actually compelling to use.)

-1 As fun as this feature was at first, it was quickly used to spread unmoderated hate and also for stuff like metagame. It's a text roleplay server, there's no reason to have voice chat unless this was a voice roleplay server.

That does not change the fact that there IS a child on the other end.

I think you must keep in mind, a lot of people wouldn't recognize this behavior when it's right in front of them. It's easier said than done.
