i dont think risk is a high factor in current gangrp anyway, personally it seemsvery planned event dominated (for example sakuta hanazono's death)

they have been nerfing how you gain KPS for months

+1 i helped write this so it's good (I WILL SAVE GANG ROLEPLAY) -1 because i feel like most gangrpers wont like this.
