For a fact I also know that Birbii makes every single skin she wears. She spends alot of time on her skins and wouldn't like to see them be recolored or stolen.

It is actually a rule, it's called common sense It's common sense not to take a staff members skin and change it or just blatantly copy it. I would consider it very very rude to steal my skin and or recolor it.
